Thank you to the staff at the House of Isabella in QLD,

I purchased the Paul & Joe quality cushion insert, because I am currently doing some simple decorating at my fiancé's apartment in Hampton East VIC.

I noticed that the European cushion that he loves to use on his sofa was a quality Paul & Joe Cushion Insert, so I sourced around for a matching one and discovered that the House of Isabella is a stockist.
Now my fiancé has nice matching 60x60cm Made in Australia Paul & Joe Feather & Duck Down Cushion Inserts.

I make a conscious decision to prioritise purchasing from Australian Businesses like the House of Isabella, who stock quality Australian based brands who manufacture locally because, buying "Australian Made" supports Australian Businesses and decent hardworking Australian Workers & guarantees high quality due to Australia's strict manufacturing, safety, and labor regulations.

Excellent customer service!

I recently had an issue with a lamp that arrived damaged. After contacting the company, the matter was resolved very quickly and a replacement lamp was sent without any hassle.

The new lamp arrived in perfect condition and looks fantastic in my living room. I really appreciate the prompt response, professional communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

To clarify, you submitted a price match request prior to placing your order, and we initially responded right away informing you that unfortunately we were unable to honor the requested price, as proceeding with that pricing would result in a negative financial margin for our business. This information was clearly provided before your purchase was completed.

You also enquired about stock availability and delivery details, and our team responded to all questions and provided the requested information prior to dispatch.

Once the order was dispatched, tracking details were provided accordingly. Please note that courier tracking updates are managed by the courier and often require depot scanning before movement appears online. Unfortunately, this timing is outside of our control.

After dispatch, we understand you contacted the courier directly regarding cancellation. As advised, once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to immediately stop or recall the parcel while it remains in transit. However, we confirmed that we are happy to assist with the return process once the item is officially returned to our warehouse by the courier.
