Read other reviews and was worried. I ordered 4 cans of spray paint. The cost was half the price of anywhere else I could buy. They were delivered with 2 working days as I paid for express delivery and communication was good. Thank you House of Paints.

"Businesses must provide clear, prominent information before a consumer signs up for a subscription". There was nothing clear or prominent when I involuntarily signed up for a shipping membership from Fshipp. I'm reporting this company to the consumer watchdog and anyone else who has fallen into this trap should do the same. It is in violation of consumer rights.

I placed an order and then read some reviews which gave me cause for concern. HOWEVER, order of 2 x Hammerite spray cans delivered in 48hrs for a total of under £20 incl. shipping. Locally, individual cans are £16.99 EACH.
So no complaints whatsoever.

Do not buy from this company, Shocking service! Do not believe the positive, probably mostly paid for, reviews. They will let you buy something and pay for delivery, never send you the product and only partially refund you the money.
Nice way of making money for nothing.
I requested the delivery charge back as they never used the service, and have heard nothing back. Other reviews show that they do this often.

Awful company. The courier lost my order, so I had to purchase one elsewhere, I sent the a message to say this, which they totally ignored and did not reply to a few more messages.
They wont give me a refund either.

SCAM COMPANY WITH HIDDEN SURPRISE AFTER YOUR PURCHASE...
After adding some paints from this website into my basket and proceeding to the checkout, I was offered a special 'first time buyer discount ' of £5. I accepted the offer and completed my purchase. A week later I started noticing a £29.99 charge appearing on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and it came to light that House Of Paint had signed me up to a so-called subscription service I knew nothing about!! A company called 'Ycoop' have been debiting my account under the guise of a discount subscription service which House of Paint has given my bank details to!!
When I contacted House of Paint regarding this, they simply advised me that I should have "read the small print" as "it's all in there".

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Clearly this company is a scam company. Ordered 20 quids worth of spray paint. Over a week later I check the tracking and its been returned to sender and I've to contact them which may I add is near on impossible. Phone is answer machine message u can't leave ur details as its full and email is queued so I'm contacting my bank today to get the refund and next time I'll read the reviews as this isn't an isolated incident

Fantastic prices and brilliant customer service. Order very promptly delivered, and great products. When I needed to return some due to change in the needs of the project, the help was fantastic - quick and efficient. Absolutely recommend.

I bought four 250 ml tins of Isopon car body filler (which inc shipping were half price than anywhere else). They arrived quickly and well packaged. Very happy with this seller will use again. Many thanks.

Great delivery. I bought some fabric paint, but 6 quick sprays and the can is Had to buy more.

Found the great price online for hammerite, which is becoming more and more expensive. (I was a little worried, that the price maybe to good to be true!)

Postage was worked out for every six items, so I pushed the boat out and bought 6 cans! (Price was just to good!)

Good quick email communication regarding my order status and delivery.

Arrived within 2 days by Amazon delivery service. Excellent.

My experience has been excellent, due to the price, communication and delivery time.

(Having to pay a delivery cost after spending £40+ made sense to me. The product price was miles better than anywhere else and the turnaround/service I received was excellent. Worth the money.)

Best price online, was less than half the Amazon price. Ordered Monday and delivered Wednesday the same week with no issues. Would definitely shop here again.

Great service, was able to get small tin 180 ml grey primer, delivered to my door, pretty much within 24 hours. Can highly recommend House of Paints, thank you! Not many companies out there selling small quantities of paint, so especially useful to avoid waste.

This is a company that has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
They fob you off not even attempting to answer your email in a civilised manner Andrew Smith only answers a portion of your question each time so you have to waste your time repeating yourself by sending lots of emails instead this guy does nothing to help. Do not buy anything from them they sent me spray paint that sprayed a different colour and now I can't return it as spray paint is a prohibited item for transportation They are also known as Beauty R Us and Red Label group They supply you with a contact number and I have been ringing for over a week and nobody picks up
