We recently converted our basement into a rental unit and tried to find our first tenant through word-of-mouth. After a little over a month, we realized that we needed to go through the proper process. We heard of our realtor, Adrian Jones, through a friend who had a great experience with him when looking for a condo in Toronto. Throughout the entire process Adrian was communicative, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He helped us with a market evaluation to come up with a fair price for our unit, which gained traction very quickly after posting it on the market. Not long after posting, we landed our first tenant. Adrian helped us through the application review process and set up a Zoom meeting so that we had a chance to speak with the tenants before finalizing the arrangement. So far the towns have been great and we’re so happy to have the unit occupied. Thank you Adrian for all of your help and look forward to working together again in the future!
