I reserved an apartment on HouseTrip in Wien, I was very happy about my choice. Housetrip is easy to use and it give a lot of opportunities, I've used other website but this one offer a better service. The website sent me not only mail but also message to offer me his help and all the information I need to contact the owner and to spent my holiday without bad surprises.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, in a good location and the furnishings are beautifully done. Here are plenty of restaurants dot choose from and many historical churches. And Piazza de Popolo which is extremely beautiful by night?
Yes recommend it for them and we say would stay again. Sandro was very helpful and very welcoming. breakfast was provided and very generous and tasty. They thought of everything. When I work out how to do it, will send you some photos.
Anyone would love to stay there. Ross and I would love to stay there again if in Rome.
There is a lift which makes it good if you have a heavy suitcase like we did. Sandro even carried them up for us.

Excellent way to find the place you want to stay for a week end or more. Picture are true and documents very usefull. They even send you an sms to remind you to contact the landlord few days before the departure. Nice way.

Definetely one of the best booking sites for flat rentals

It's a very nice way to spend a few days on holiday for those people who like living a place, keeping the contact with real life rather than staying in a hotel (which would be very nice as well but less real). It's quite cheap and practical. I guess your opinion depends also on the person who rents the apt. S/he will make you feel well welcome or will make you feel like you're a burden to them and that influences a lot the general mood of the stay.
