Simply outstanding. They do know their stuff. Every holiday they have organised has been thouroughly looked at and everything was amazing. I really can't praise them enough. A brilliant service, from start to finish- attention to detail and follow through was without doubt a superior class service.

Great holiday with very little hassle due to dealing with Matt who was terrific answering any queries promptly. All boarding cards. transfers etc. appeared when due and I cannot fault Howard Travel in any way. Would use them again happily.

Despite problems with the company we were trying to book with, which meant it took nearly an hour of her time, Hannah persevered with the booking and got it sorted. She also phoned me later to update me on additional information that had come to light since I placed the booking.
