Old school great service
We recently had to renew our holiday home insurance and having been appalled at the disrespect shown to us for our loyalty by our insurer for the last 10 years in their ridiculous quote I contacted Howden. Paul Ricardo, who dealt with us, was a breath of fresh air compared with the normal brusque or worse still AI chatbot response you get from this type of organisation. Old school maybe, but actually that's what you need for important decisions. He took plenty of time to understand our needs and was very personable and efficient throughout. A pleasure to deal with and its no surprise that Howden get such high ratings on Trustpilot

I have 5 different insurance policies after researching each one of them Howden gave the best value by for money and cover for 4 out of the 5 policies. The staff are always informative helpful and supportive. I like fact that if there is a problem I can discuss it with a person face to face and they then deal with the insurance company for you.

Long-tern use of this insurance broker
I have been using this insurance broker since 2007 with no problems.
