one of the worst private pension providers in the uk holding customers money back to make more 51bn pounds held from retirement pensions.
my issue was to get my private pension sorted from Barnett Waddingham after numerous emails, letters and phone calls no closer.
i strongly advise you read the reviews for Barnett Waddingham to get a better picture of what you are dealing with as they claim to be the best pension site and come up top of the list when searching for pensions,
my personal experience is i tried to sort my pension but just got excuse after excuse
its my money! so not a good start for this company

Jack was very helpful and patient in resolving my classic car insurance.

I have come back to howdens who I have insured my van with for many years, but had a 12 month break with another provider. with howdens I feel more confident as they deal with modified vans and cover all aspects at a competitive price . good customer service and communication.

ALL DOCUMENTATION FROW HOWDEN IS COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE TO ME/US. HOWDEN ARE ALWAYS AT THE END OF THE PHONE TO GIVE EXPERT HELP AND GUIDANCE WHERE NEEDED.

Howden staff are always polite and helpful. I find using a broker these days is much better than trying to deal with the insurers direct who usually aren't very helpful.
