Johnathan did an extremely thorough survey for us on our listed property. His professionalism, ease of communication and thoroughness is brilliant. I would recommend him 100%.

We recently used Johnathan’s services on a house purchase and we found him to be excellent. He is extremely thorough and goes through matters with you so you know precisely the risks you are taking on. Johnathan’s fees are also very reasonable and his services represent excellent value for money. We will definitely be using Johnathan in future - his previous experience as a builder is invaluable and he is completely on your side.

Johnathon’s subject knowledge was outstanding. His survey was incredibly thorough, highlighting all defects regarding the property and even recommending how contractors could rectify all issues. Anything I didn’t understand he would patiently explain in clear detail to the point where I was very secure in my understanding and decisions.

We were quoted by three surveyors for our survey on a 200 year old property and having spoken to each of them, we felt that Johnathan had the greatest understanding of what would be required for such a property. How right we were. The survey was extraordinarily comprehensive and pulled no punches. Follow up phone calls and a meeting were very productive and helpful in moving us forward. Add to that how personable Johnathan is and we really cannot recommend him highly enough. A real professional.

Johnathan produced a level 2 home buying report for my parents this year , and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and friendly. The surveyor arrived on time, explained the process in detail, and produced an incredibly thorough report that was easy to understand.

The level of detail gave us real confidence in proceeding with the purchase — he highlighted key areas to monitor but also reassured me where everything was in good condition. The turnaround was quick too, with the report delivered sooner than expected.

It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, efficiency, and genuine care for their clients, but he absolutely delivered. I’d recommend Johnathan to anyone looking for a reliable and professional home survey!

I was buying a grade 1 listed apartment and knew nothing whats so ever about buying a listed building.
I contacted Johnathan and he gave me a competitive price and spent a lot of time explain everything he would be checking.
The report was quite a document and a bit overwhelming with what the things he found. However Johnathan spent a lot of time on the phone going through it.
Because of the concerns raised in the report I decided not to proceed with purchase. The seller then decided to allow further investigations into the issues. Again Johnathan was in hand to organize a joiner to be onsite to pull up floorboards to allow further inspections by Johnathan.
