I was put through to howly from now tv as it would regester on my login I was told it be 1,00 pound which would be refunded but I was charged 1,00 and 24.oo I have a screen shot that I sent to howly when I quired the price and it reply was that I would here from there billing within half an hour for a refund I have been contacting them for over a month now and they keep asking for the credit card co to close investagation so they can refund money of 24.00 the credit company have done this but they keep saying that they have no confirmation .I am a pensioner and my wife is disabled if you look on trust pilot this is quite common .I would love to live in a scam proof country

i cant believe you wont refund my 92 year old father who got tricked into signing up for your service when he left his phone in an uber, he then had to borrow my wifes credit card and now we find out that the card number he put in while on a chat session with one of your people has been added to someones digital wallet, what you people have done is disgraceful and so wrong on so many levels then you wont refund a pensioner what you took, be ashamed very ashamed

they asked for my details which i provided and nothing, that was a few days ago, so i hope you feel great about ripping off a 92 year old pensioner who got conned by your company, its a pity you cant give a negative score
