Ik heb een HP Smart Tank 5107 gekocht die het fantastisch doet. Nooit problemen. Werkt altijd, is direct geschakeld met WiFi dus ik kan opdrachten sturen naar de printer met mijn GSM, Laptop en zelfs met de iPad. Komen prachtige foto's uit. Het scannen is ook heel gemakkelijk. Een echte aanrader! Heb het al een paar jaar maar geen moment spijt van. De printer gebruikt vrijwel geen inkt.
In Sep.24 ENVY laptop has been purchased online, which in Aug 25 developed a hardware problem. The warranty was on, so after 8hours of transfers and 2 cancelled pick up appointments the computer ended up in repairs. I got a bill for €349,22 of repairs, ostensibly because the machine got damaged in transit. Pay or you get a damaged machine back -that was the story of Benelux customer service. For anyone who buys HP-think twice or 3 times- there is NO customer service and warranty is a myth, you will pay big time. Never again.
