Great support and quick solution
We contacted HPRC because the wheels on one of our cases broke while we were using it for conferences. They responded very quickly and the level of customer service was impeccable from the very beginning.
They offered to send us two replacement wheels free of charge, which really reflects the high standard of their support. We also mentioned that we were considering purchasing another case to keep in stock, and they informed us that there was a discount available that same day, which we appreciated.
Overall, communication was clear, fast and very professional. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that takes such good care of its customers.

Advertised product Backpack for DJI…
Advertised product Backpack for DJI Mavic 3 PRO CINE (fly more combo) - isn't well thought of - DJI RC PRO controller is getting too much pressure in it's position, so this product should be revised. I have bought it recently and will not use it due this issue. Also, there is no cutout space for stock 100w DJI charger (100w square type) that comes with DJI MAVIC 3 Pro cine. Also the curouts from propellers are not deep enough - some other solution should be made.
