Would leave 0 stars if i could

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Took renewal money for a service never provided, was never contacted or agreed to a renewal and 1.4K has been taken from my account and apparently ‘nothing they can do’
Absolutely ridiculous company, taking from small businesses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

We were very impressed by the service of the team. So straight forward from the word go. Communication is key at a time like needing SMAS and the communication was above exceptional. Great work and I will definatly be putting this company forward to anyone who asks. Thank you

Marc was absolutely brilliant

Marc was absolutely brilliant, I had to reschedule due to commitments but he was happy to work around what I had to do.
He explained everything in great detail and really showed off just how good the system is for small business owners like myself.
That said, whether I am a small business or a big one the services provided are absolutely incredible!
On top of that marc was really down to earth and informal, there’s nothing worse than feeling like your in a classroom. Today felt like I was chatting with a mate and just going over everything we needed to.

HS Direct and Daniel Moore have been great

I have been using the system now for a few weeks and it is so much better than our previous one. The automations make keeping track of our subcontractors so easy. Daniel Moore has been great! Always on hand with any queries I have, getting back to me within 10 minutes each time!

Service cost

I've got my documents quickly but was shocked at the cost! I paid almost £400 for two documents! This was quite frustrating for me as a small business owner at the beginning of my journey. I would not recommend this company.

Walkthrough for platform

Walkthrough for platform, on time, easy & simple to understand. Hadn't used RAMS for a few years, Gary at HS made it really easy to get my head round it & navigate portal. Was dreading having to fill in & print everything off, just a case of ticking the box that's relevant to you & adding it, can then be simply emailed over to client. Awesome!

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. With this being my first time using the service and not really knowing what I was needing to ask ect, Amelia made the whole process from start to finish very straightforward and kept me updated with any changes throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Do not use HS Direct

I honestly regret ever signing up with HS Direct. I have no idea why I even enrolled because they don’t actually do anything for their clients. They take your money, give you access to their platform, and then you have to do everything yourself: risk assessments and method statements, and managing everything on your own. If you call them for help, they just tell you to do it yourself.

On top of that, they took money for the renewal without my authorisation. I noticed it the next day and contacted them straight away, but they just kept delaying things. I kept calling, usually every couple of weeks, and every time I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. Now, months later, they’ve finally told me they won’t refund my money just because I don’t want to continue with them. They’ve dragged this out since December only to say they won’t pay me back.

Honestly, I’ve never dealt with a company like this before. I don’t use their services, I never authorised the renewal payment, and yet they refuse to refund me. Terrible experience "I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone"
