From day one of us reaching out HS Direct have made this so easy for us. It's one of those things that we would have struggled with without any support but, Roger Simpson called us for an initial chat and explained what he could do for us and made the whole process seem a lot less daunting. He gave us the time of day to meet up (at at the cost of a coffee) and give us a demo on how they can help and after agreeing to use HS Direct sat us down for a full onboarding showing exactly how to do things and also offering full support throughout the year. Fantastic company to work with. Have used their product previously on other projects and returned to them once again now that I have changed employer. The system is very user friendly and you receive great support initially and throughout. All costs explained with no hidden extras.
