Perfect from start to finish. Welcoming, helpful, coffee and biscuits, not rushed to make a decision. Told delivery 4-6 weeks and came in 5 weeks.

We were greeted by friendly staff, one of whom (Debs) even came out with an umbrella to escort us from the car park on a very wet day and Sarah made hot drinks and served chocolate biscuits. We were then guided through as to which height chair for comfort would be the most suitable etc before choosing the leather from a large choice of colours. We were able to take our time. Both Debs and Sarah were extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products.
I also needed to revise my order and rang HSL, Dewsbury on 1.12.25. Debra took my instructions and dealt with it very efficiently in a matter of minutes, emailing me immediately afterwards with an updated invoice.

Delivery made quickly and efficiently and both Alex & Tom were respectful of our needs and were polite in every respect.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Diane helped and advised my husband who has parkinsons disease, with a suitable riser recliner chair. Which she checked fit him properly, and let him sit in it whilst she provided us with a drink. Then measured me for a chair. We did not feel rushed at all, and she rought out loads of sample materials for us.
The only small downside is that Google maps directs you to the factory, not the shop.

Purchasing two chairs from HSL was a very positive experience from start to finish. The showroom staff were helpful and thorough, and the delivery men, Alex and Tom also ticked all the boxes. I would definitely buy from them again.

Everything was first class, the friendly and welcoming staff, the quality of the products and the sympathetic understanding of my needs.It was clear that this was a specialist field in medical terms and the staff went out of their way to make the purchase possible.

Debra from HSL Dewsbury spent time explaining the different types of Riser Recliner chairs and the importance of a correct posture. We purchased two R/R chairs and a three seater sofa, complete with arm covers . The delivery time was as quoted and the delivery men very polite and respectful . The chairs fit perfectly, all in all well done and thankyou

The staff at the shop through to the delivery men (Damion and Dan G) could not have been more helpful. I was expecting delivery of the chair for Christmas, instead it arrived at the end of October - I couldn’t have been more delighted. Thank you HSL.

The 2 ladies in the showroom was very nice and informative. Very helpful and did not pressurise us.

From having a home visit to delivery today can't praise Diane the home visit team who was so easy to speak to about my needs right down to Ian and Paul the delivery men who set the furniture up and explained everything before leaving

From first contact with HSL on the phone,to home visit to delivery of my new chair today,everything has gone smoothly with all staff concerned being friendly,helpful and efficient throughout and I had no qualms about them coming into my home.

1st class treatment when selecting our chairs two excellent visits to showroom. Our chairs were delivered yesterday with very good service and patient explanations on the use of controls. Highly recommend HSL.

My new chairs were delivered on time this morning. Both Ian and Paul were courteous and helpful and lost no time in assembling the chairs and placing them where I wanted them. I am really pleased with the chairs they are so comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

Shocking service and bordering on incompetent. I ordered 2m of fabric and was quoted different prices each time I spoke to a member of staff. When I made my order they charged me for the fabric but didn't put my order through. When I phoned them a month later to enquire about the delivery of my fabric they clearly hadn't put the order through. When it eventually arrived they sent the wrong fabric and incorrect quantity. I can't believe how poor the service has been and how complicated it has been to order a couple of metres of fabric.

Excellent personal service from the initial home visit by consultant Deborah and Billy who brought sample chairs and fabrics to efficient delivery of high quality goods today by Damion and Carl.
HSL provided friendly communication during the whole process.
