We had a good experience with hsl. We we attended to by Polly, She was really knowledgeable about all products available. I have a mental health issue and she was very helpful in me choosing the right fabric for our footstool. She was patient and didn't put any pressure on us. We came out really happy and satisfied with our visit. We would recommend the store to anyone wanting quality furniture and great sales advice. We will be returning again in the future. Also good prices, lovely clean showroom. 1st class service. Thank you 😊

A gentleman named Graham showed us the rising recliner range and explained in great detail all the features of the range.
We then went onto trying what he thought was my correct size and I could not believe the difference it made to me getting up out of a chair. So we then went onto discuss various materials and of course.prices.
We then made the final decision to purchase two chairs and are so pleased with our choice.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a couple of reclining chairs and visited HSL. We were met by John in Guiseley and he was extremely helpful and very professional but, just as importantly for us, wasn't pushy at all and listened to what we were actually looking for. Bought a chair a few months ago the back of the chair below the headrest has gone in hence the fabric is all creased i don't think they have put enough filling in alot of money it cost me and it's not up to standard

Damion&Carl sent a message to say they where close by arrived with in ten minutes of receiving message. They unpacked chairs assembled the legs and took all rubbish with them.So all in all excellent job.

On arrival at the Guiseley shop we were immediately greeted by John who introduced himself and enquired our names and what was the purpose of our visit.
He took us to the specific rise and fall chair we wanted to see and try for comfort He checked the fit for me and explained all about the operation of the chair. Unfortunately for me that chair just had a single motor and was not able to perform the lift but John said that the chair also came with a second motor giving it full choice of positions.
John took us to see an alternative chair which he recommended with 2 motors. We very much liked the alternative chair and after doing the full fitting routine he confirmed our choice. John also said that he choice of material we went for meant that the chair was in stock and could be delivered in less than a week.
We competed the purchase after a very welcome cup of coffee provided by the Manager of the store.
Upon arrival at home we were pleasantly surprised by a call from HSL’s delivery arm that chair would be delivered i just 3 days!!!!

Easy proccess in buying a new Stressless chair and footstool.

Will consider using them again when making a purchase of furniture.

I went to the Guisley store and was very impressed, I was warmly greeted, I went with the intention of looking for a chair that I could sit in that supported my back and I met one of your sales assistant , I think she was called Polly and was only 4 foot nine like myself , pollywas so very very helpful and knew exactly which chair would be most suitable for me, not only that she told me what to look for , how my feet should be , where my body should be in the chair. I had no idea so much had to be checked .
I now have my new chair and it really is perfect. The manager and Polly ? could not have been more helpful. They were very very good.
