The people in the shop in Prestwich were really good. We dealt mainly with Asma. Nothing was too much trouble. I could have stayed there all day if I’d wanted to! I kept changing but that was ok too! Didn’t rush me at all.
Just looking forward to my chair arriving now.

Very polite and efficient service. Arrived at the specified time and ensured everything was ok before they left.

Had a delivery this morning by Paul D and Jon. rang 25 minutes before arrival as promised. Friendly , professional and did a good job of showing and explaining how the chair works. They moved the old furniture to where we asked. Made sure we were happy with everything Great experience

Good service and staff

The service was exceptional by the man dealing with us in taking the time to listen to our needs and expectations. There was no pushy selling at all. The gentleman gave us all of the information and confidence initially to go away and make an informed decision. On returning to order, again the personal service was excellent and the atmosphere relaxed. The whole process was explained ensuring that we were clear about time scales and what would happen next in the process as well as cooling off periods.

Visited the Prestwich showroom in the North of the Greater Manchester area on Easter Monday with my wife, it is very conveniently located just a short distance from junction 17 of the M60.
Convenient designated parking area at the rear of store which is a great idea, with full wheelchair access via ramp.
My wife had previously purchased a chair from HSL about five years ago and remained absolutely delighted with it construction, comfort and reliability so based on her recommendation I decided to purchase a chair for myself, not just for the present but as an investment for the future.
Made to feel very welcome by Val and Asma the two members of staff, both have an impressive product knowledge and were very amenable.
Always felt they had a true interest in the individuals needs/requirements and never felt any sales pressure.
Left feeling we had received good service and would recommend HSL without reservation

Visited the Prestwich store on 8th March, Greeted by Joe and Val, had a good look around went with the intention to have a look at a particular chair but ended up buying a different one, no pressure to buy from the pleasant staff so far very pleased, (they even make a decent cup of tea).

Ian and Paul were very professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they respected the property, and they got the job done quickly.

Visited your Prestwich yesterday & ordered 2 chairs with the considerable help of Asma & Val. They were quite wonderful in explaining the options & the considerations we needed to make. Paul and Jon delivered my chair today I had already been informed that they were running late and they rang when they were half an hour late. They were really lovely and friendly, they sorted my chair out and demonstrated how to use it. I am really pleased with the service provided and with the quality of the chair. I will recommend HSL in Bury to my friends.

Oh my my husband Dave and I Ann went to prestwich HSL furniture store yesterday the ladies Val & Asma were absolutely amazing they never mitherd nor pushed us but helped and guided us also they definitely know their stuff were definitely getting our furniture from here and we would recommend other people do to thank you both for your compassion,experience and care

I visited the Prestwich store to look at the Stresless Swivel Recliner chairs. The staff were very professional and really helpful.

Great service in store. Went for the express delivery. Delivery team of Lee and Asad arrived as promised and made short work of putting the bed together. Friendly and polite. They explained how the bed worked and checked everything was OK before leaving. My Mum says the bed is really comfortable.

Val helped us choose the right sofa height and specifications in store, with expertise and listening to our requirements till we found what Mum wanted. She kept us informed of order progress and swatch choices, and Asma was most helpful with completing payment. Carl F and Harrison did a swift job of delivering and assembling, with professionalism and courtesy throughout. Val was most understanding with some aftercare advice too, that we needed. Many thanks to all the lovely, kind team! Would thoroughly recommend them.

We had a fabulous experience with HSL right from entering the shop in Prestwich, where a wonderful lady, (the manager I think) spent much time and patience with us making sure I made the right choice. My chair arrived this morning delivered by Alex and Tom. They telephoned and told me they would be there within half an hour. Very prompt, very professional and polite. Fitted my chair and explained the mechanics fully. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much for my extremely comfortable chair which I am sure will help enormously with my aches and pains. Would recommend HSL to anyone needing specialist service.

Joe and the Prestwich store have been so professional and helpful. My mum and I have been for a chair that was delivered promptly and my mum loves it. Customer service from the Prestwich team is wonderful. We came back today for an adjustable bed. Again we saw Joe and he was very knowledgeable very professional and spent time with us to explain everything! Thank you so much we will definitely be coming back when we need something.
