Val helped us choose the right sofa height and specifications in store, with expertise and listening to our requirements till we found what Mum wanted. She kept us informed of order progress and swatch choices, and Asma was most helpful with completing payment. Carl F and Harrison did a swift job of delivering and assembling, with professionalism and courtesy throughout. Val was most understanding with some aftercare advice too, that we needed. Many thanks to all the lovely, kind team! Would thoroughly recommend them.

We had a fabulous experience with HSL right from entering the shop in Prestwich, where a wonderful lady, (the manager I think) spent much time and patience with us making sure I made the right choice. My chair arrived this morning delivered by Alex and Tom. They telephoned and told me they would be there within half an hour. Very prompt, very professional and polite. Fitted my chair and explained the mechanics fully. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much for my extremely comfortable chair which I am sure will help enormously with my aches and pains. Would recommend HSL to anyone needing specialist service.

Joe and the Prestwich store have been so professional and helpful. My mum and I have been for a chair that was delivered promptly and my mum loves it. Customer service from the Prestwich team is wonderful. We came back today for an adjustable bed. Again we saw Joe and he was very knowledgeable very professional and spent time with us to explain everything! Thank you so much we will definitely be coming back when we need something.

Both Asma & Becca who served us were most helpful and friendly. They definitely knew their product and had us testing different styles, sizes and types of chairs, advising us which they thought were suitable or not for each of us. We ended up with two different style of chairs as were not both comfortable in the same ones. Highly delighted and satisfied. Looking forward to delivery.

I called in to the Prestwich store today to look at chairs and sofas without any fixed idea of what style or fabric I wanted. Asma and Val were friendly and endlessly patient, made suggestions about trying different sized chairs, pricing them up for me and fetching different fabric swatches, all without being the least bit pushy or hurrying me along. It was the least pressured salesroom I've ever been in! Every piece I looked at was good solid quality and yes, I did finally choose and placed an order!

Staff helpful and patient in shop. They responded well to our requirements. Customer service on phone was friendly and helpful. Delivery was excellent. We were kept informed about delivery time. The guys put everything together with the minimum of fuss and left everything neat and tidy.

It was an enjoyable experience to deal with the two people(sorry forgot their names)in Prestwich.Theywere very helpful and friendly.I didn’t feel as though we were being pressured in any way.I bought a lovely chair which was delivered on the following Wednesday by Alex and Tom.They kept in touch before they arrived
firstly with a 2 hour slot and then an approximate time of arrival.Both were very friendly and helpful and all packaging was taken away.

From my first enquiry in the Showroom, staff were pleasant, helpful and patient, there was no pressure. The furniture was delivered on time and in excellent condition. For once, I can honestly say that both customer service and product standard were exactly as promised.

My Husband and I went to HSL to look at chairs. We were made to feel very welcome. The young man who dealt with us was called Joseph. He didn't rush us into a decision and we said we would think about it. We went back the following day, as my Husband had questions about the chairs, all of which, the young man answered to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the service given.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, advised on the different types of chairs and sizes suitable. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying. Make sure you give yourself a good hour if you are going to truly invest in one of these chairs.

Delivery team Ian and Paul were Brillant. Kind courteous and helpful. Delivery on time. Goods well packaged. All packaging taken away. Bed put together and tested ..adjustable bed to raise and lower head and legs.
