Pleasant shop layout with warm welcome without being persistent,helpful staff at all times especially as wife is in wheelchair, tea and biscuits served during consultation.
Delivery was prompt and efficient with two polite and helpful drivers, who took old chair unstairs for us

We travelled from Manchester to the HSL showroom in Warrington yesterday and was greeted by 3 lovely helpful people who couldn't do enough to assist us in making the correct decision on choosing and purchasing 2 recliners. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to others.

Visited Warrington store. Joanne was our salesperson. Very professional and really friendly. Made you feel more like a friend than a customer. No rush, no pressure selling. Jo gave us lots of information to make our choice. Tea and biscuits was an added bonus!!

HSL Warrington. Even thought we had not ordered our settees from the Warrington store we called in on the off chance they may have a swatch of the items we had ordered from a subsidiary company. When we got to the store we realised that it was closed. While we were looking at the door to see the opening times a lady opened the door and asked could she help. Kate invited us in when we explained our problem. She then took some details and said she would email us a photo of the swatch we needed and also would email the supplier to send us out a swatch.
The next morning Kate emailed me a photo of the swatch and confirmed that she had ordered a swatch to be sent out from the suppliers.
For me this kind of help goes above and beyond good service especially as we had not spent any money in her store, so thank you very much Kate.

A thoroughly enjoyable visit and experience.
We initially popped in to check out your products and offers and were greeted by Joanne, who treated us as valued customers and friends from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and she went through all the options available whilst chatting and taking time to find out our needs.
We were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed decision and Joanne's knowledge and pride in her work was evident.
All the staff were so friendly & welcoming, the area manager even made us coffee! It was so obvious they all enjoyed working for the company and this translated to a sale. We both felt so valued as customers and would recommend HLS to anyone.

Last weekend my husband and I visited our local HSL store to search for a recliner each. We were greeted by Jo who immediately made us welcome explaining the first thing we must do is try the three sizes of their chairs. Although my husband and I are the same height it became clear that we needed two different sizes owing to length of back and legs. So that was a learning curve and while we tried a few different styles coffee and biscuits arrived. The atmosphere in the showroom was friendly and we felt that we were given plenty of time to make our minds up. Having eventually purchased two personal recliners we would recommend HSL in Warrington Junction 9.

Brendan, who served me in store was not only very welcoming but also had a very good knowledge of the items on sale in store. He also advised us of the current offers so we could select the best product for us. I would defiantly use this store again in the future.

The staff were helpful without being pushy, and able to answer all our questions. They gave us prices without being asked and left us to make our decision. Kate was especially helpful when we made the purchase.

Brendan who was taken care of us was very helpfull very good at his work he was very nice to talk to told us what we needed to know we bought a lovely sofa and chair to match brendan helped us alot hsl are a good company to deal with i am very happy with what i bought

Lynn at the Warrington store was absolutely amazing with us. I went in for a chair and spent a few hours with Lynn and then returned with my parents for them to change their sofas, as they need someone patient and understanding to help them and Lynn was this 100%. Lynn and one of her colleagues spent another 2hrs with us. Nothing was any trouble for them both. Lynn was amazing and really pleased with the price of the sofas too. Would definitely return and would highly recommend HSL and more importantly Lynn. People buy because of people, not because of the company. Lynn was the perfect sales lady for us today.

We visited the new Warrington store with the express intention of ordering a new Stressless chair. We received a good deal of useful advice and never felt pressurised. We were quoted what we considered to be a good price, ordered and took delivery just 2 working days later. Kate was very helpful in the advice she offered and not at all “pushy”.

I visited the Warrington HSL showroom yesterday 10th of December to choose a chair. I was greated with a very helpful lady who helped me so much to choose the right one for me thank you so much Kate ❤️

Paul and Jon were scheduled to deliver the chair, 0800-1200 and we were promised a call 30mins before actual arrival. We got the call at 0715 with an expected arrival of 0745. I had to get over to my mums and so i said that was a bit early but I'd be there at 0800. The boys said fine and they'd be happy to wait. They were waiting when I arrived and they completed the delivery by 0815. They were pleasant and professional throughout.

After looking for months for a new suite, I spotted the perfect sofa as soon as we entered HSL. The manager Steven and his team were very helpful, providing information when we asked whilst giving us space and time to consider our options. Paul and Jon delivered our suite, unpacked it and removed the packing. The furniture is excellent quality, very comfortable and we are delighted with our purchase. It's great to find a company which gives such good service.

I bought a recliner earlier in the year from HSL and wanted an ottoman to match in the same covering and I wanted a specific size Kate was very helpful in ensuring the order met my requirements.

I live about 30 minutes away from the showroom and had never visited there so I entered the location in my sat nav it took me to an empty HSL showroom so I rang the HSL number and was told they had moved to a new location nearby.
It seems that the old location and the new one are both available on sat nav I think the old location should be removed otherwise they could lose potential customers who don’t check for the new location.

My stressless chair was delivered with care by Carl F and Lee R. The adjustment of the chair were explained well and I was very happy with the service delivery that I had. The chair and footstool were unwrapped in the delivery vehicle, so I didn’t have any packaging to dispose of. A great service from these two gentlemen.

Kate from the Warrington branch was excellent and very knowledgeable about the product range lovely and friendly gave you time to think and makes a good cup of tea

This is the second chair I’ve purchased from HSL and the delivery guys were great. Professional, polite and arrived bang on time after ringing 30 minutes before giving me an ETA.
