HSL Chairs - Warrington Reviews 

Visited the Warrington store with my elderly aunt. Was greeted by Kate who looked after my auntie. Showed us a variety of options for a recliner chair. No pressure to purchase. My auntie loved the complimentary tea and biscuits and relaxed in the chair she chose to purchase. Can recommend Kate and her colleagues. Was also given a parting gift of tea and biscuits which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a very good shopping experience.

Went to the Warrington shop this morning to investigate HSL fireside chair and was very impressed with Kate who was very knowledgeable about the product and nothing was to much trouble explaining the difference between the chairs which helped us decide on the one for us

John & Kate at the Warrington store were very helpful and attentive. Delivery estimate was as expected. Ian & Paul delivered and were very efficient and friendly, as they unloaded I realized the upholstery was not the one I had chosen, but was the same colour and I actually liked it better than the one I had chosen. I had not seen that sample in store. Overall I am very satisfied, the quality and service has been very good.

Me and my wife visited HSL Chairs, Warrington, this morning with a view to see what they had to offer. We were immediately impressed with the quality and choice of furniture on offer. As we were trying out a settee that we both liked, Kate approached us, enquiring if she could be of help. She obviously had an in-depth knowledge of product range and process. Moreover, her warm and friendly approach helped us in our decision to place an order immediately. We cannot recommend HSL Chairs, Warrington, highly enough. Visit and you will be impressed.

A very welcoming store with even more welcoming staff.
Kate was excellent and displayed very good product knowledge.
The actual buying process was effortless and everything was explained in great detail.
The items we purchased were available with express delivery. Within 10 mins of leaving the store I received a call to arrange delivery which was within 2 days. Amazing service.

Went into the Warrington branch on 23rd September with my 92 year old dad, looking for a new chair. We were greeted by Joanne, lovely friendly lady whose patience was brilliant. We were in the store around 1 hour 45 minutes trying almost all the chairs in there. But after a cup of tea + biscuits dad finally made his choice. We have purchased from HSL a few times and find the furniture good.
Thank you Joanne for great customer service, very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend, you are under no pressure to buy anything if you just want to look around, it’s worth looking when you next need new furniture.

We went to store in Warrington 6 weeks ago.
The service in the shop was great.
We was told that delivery would be 6 weeks. And 6 weeks to the day, our new sofa has been expertly delivered and built in my home. By Carl P and Damion.

Visited the store 24th August and went back a week later to show my husband the suite I had found. Lynn the sales assistant recognised me straight away and remembered the suite I had looked at. No pressure what so ever, to make a purchase, we spent quite a bit of time pondering over the colour of the leather and decided after trying out the chair and couch, (and all it's functions) it was the one for us.
Lynn is an asset to the company.

Jo has made the experience all the easier for my mum buying first of all a chair a few weeks ago and now a three seater today. Furniture is great but the experience of being looked after by genuine nice people who also know the products they are talking about made it all the better. Highly recommended

I only wish I’d read reviews before we purchased from HSL the staff in Warrington store were helpful hence 1star when my sofa and chair was delivered by a pair of miserable drivers and took off paint getting it in I noticed it wasn’t the right shade my partner rang customer service right away they sent an independent guy out a week later to inspect it he said right away was definitely different than my swatch and would report it so partner rings customer service again to see how it can be resolved but all we got it’s within guidelines AVOID AT ALL COSTS WE ARE OUT OF POCKET NEARY £ 6000

Nice friendly experience was served by Elisha she was friendly, informative and not pushy in anyway. She helped us to find the perfect chair to meet our budget. We where even given coffee and a hot chocolate whilst we waited for the paperwork. I would highly recommend if looking for a good quality reasonably priced chair or sofa.

Today we had a delivery from Alex and Greg for my dad’s replacement furniture that got ruined in Decembers flood in Warrington. The furniture is the same as before just the newer models. HSL has made the whole process easy and the products are excellent. Alex and Greg contacted with an eta and after a little detour due to a low bridge found us no problem. The two guys were great and polite and very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They are a credit to HSL and hope they get to read this. Thank you HSL, Alex and Greg.

The whole experience from choosing the chairs to them being delivered has been amazing. The staff in the shop were so professional, kind and very patient with my elderly parents, I cannot fault them. The chairs were delivered by Lee G and Lee R, such helpful and lovely guys. My parents couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you.
