Slow delivery (to Germany), but well protected
Package arrived about two and a half weeks later than anticipated, during which I have received four (to be fair, automated) mails asking me to rate Hsunnytoy - fairly frustrating to get bugged about it this often while you're still waiting. The long travel time might be due to the fact that it had to be sent to Germany, but I would have hoped that the estimated time of arrival would have accounted for it.
Nevertheless, upon asking the customer support for assistance I received a quick and friendly reply, sending me a parcel tracking link from my local postal service instead of the international tracking. And once the package finally DID arrive I was pleasantly surprised by how well protected the product was, with additional plastic corners to keep the boxes from getting dented.
All in all, the unexpected delay in receiving my order had me on edge for quite a while, but I'm willing to order more stuff now that I'm aware I just need to wait a little longer.

Took a bit but it was worth it with no worries
My purchase was a preorder and it did take a while but things don’t don’t always go as planned when you’re just the middle man. Finally received my purchase but it was worth the wait. It was packaged properly and I will be ordering from them again. Communications were fine if needed too.
