I ordered some resins from GKLoot, I have to admit, I chickened out because after lots of thoughts I realized resin collecting is not for me, the support was super nice, I have to give huge props to Gray, very professional service and helping me refund my payment in full,

If I will ever decide that I do want to order a resin, Gkloot has 100% of my trust.

Very happy with my experience with Gkloot. I've remained loyal to another store, however I wanted to try a different store for a change, and since a resin I was after was out of stock on my usual shop, it was a great opportunity to try out Gkloot.

My very first order with GKloot unfortunately the item I wanted was sold out after i'd placed an order, however customer services did contact me to explain what had happened (not their fault) and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My next 2 orders went rather smoothly, communication was very good by Gray, who answered any questions I had and was very responsive when i asked for any updates.

Both my orders arrived in good time which i was happy about, and i particularly like the points system GKloot has, feels like you're rewarded for shopping with them which I really appreciate.

Planning to order from them again, especially via their other stores such as Show Z store. Recommended 5*

For these figures being a niche hobby I think communication is important and being able to always get proper information makes me feel a lot less worried dropping large sums of cash on them. Email works fine but being able to talk to the store reps on discord has been great for me. Whenever I have an issue they help resolve it very quickly.

GKLoot is and has been among my top two sites for resins/statues, licensed or unlicensed for many years. On top of that, they have been able to find and order several PVCs that were OOP or highly sought at more palatable prices than JP or US aftermarket prices.

Every item received from them has been legitimate, no released orders have been unfulfilled, and the occasional issue that can crop up in this hobby has usually been rectified to my satisfaction.

I’ve only received 1 statue so far that was in stock on sale but I have some preorders pending and so far it’s been a good experience. The customer service is very good and the price is better than a lot of other shops. I also like that I had the option for air shipping (my Gojo came very quickly for not that much more than the surface shipping)
