These people are thieves and crooks, avoid Al haya!!! The dodge yiur calls, and they make returns very difficult. Avoid AL haya. They're crooks and scammers. I bought a dress that did not fit, but it has been impossible to contact these people in order to return the dress.

Hi I’ve had several thobes and Jubba from these guy and I can say good quality and exact sizing would highly recommend and excellent customer service

One star is too generous.
I ordered a thobe for Eid and was sent the wrong size — completely the seller’s mistake. When I raised it, I was told I’d be refunded for the original delivery but I’d have to cover return shipping myself. That alone made no sense, but I paid for it anyway just to get it sorted.

When the refund finally came through, I wasn’t refunded the original delivery charge — meaning I lost almost £9 in total for his error. I followed up again to highlight this, and he just completely ignored me.

And the worst part? This all happened during Ramadan — a time that’s meant to reflect honesty, integrity, and doing right by others. Instead, I was lied to, ignored, and left out of pocket because of someone else’s mistake. How someone can act like this during the holiest month of the year is beyond me. Extremely disappointing.

Recently ordered a thobe, it arrived with stains on it

When trying to send back, I had to pay for return shipping and pressing fee, leaving me with a net refund of £5 for something I paid £20

Will not be ordering again
Would not recommend

Customer service was better than I could have asked for. The quality of the thobes are amazing. I've been wearing thobes since I was a child, everyday for the last 10 years, as soon as I put a thobe on from here. It was a yes from me. The feeling was out of this world. Material was perfect, size/fit was perfect. The colours available to us are beautiful.

I ordered a few Jubba as I was going to umrah, when I received the Jubba they were to small.. I got in contact with customer service they were very helpful as one of my Jubba was not in my size however he offered me a different Jabba, which was more expensive for free.. also they arrived in time for me to travel to umrah..

The jubba was too short and we just need to exchange it. When are you opening and closing hours for the shop in Batley?

Item was in stock when placed order also paid extra for fast delivery, but after two days they cancelled my order absolutely joke of company, how can you let customers place a order online then cancel it
