If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is AWFUL. There is no telephone number so you have to email and everytime it is from the same person. Elena G. It takes them weeks to respond to emails. I was having issues with my two cameras connecting to my parent unit and they said I could send it off to be looked at. When I asked what the timeline was they would avoid answering the question and kept saying they were working on it. I kept asking for an update and they could never provide me with one. Finally they stopped responding to my emails. 3 months later I receive my cameras back with no explanation. I have no idea if they were able to fix them or what the issue was. I honestly feel like the whole thing is a scam. DO NOT BUY HUBBLE CONNECTED PRODUCTS unless you want a never ending headache.

My only concern is why is there no Customer Support Telephone Number. This is a product that can be a crucial part of monitoring. I believe getting the device back on as quickly as possible after an issue warrants access to a live individual.

I got the twin nursery pal deluxe from a third party company. One of the two cameras wouldn’t connect so I reached out to the company as a warranty issue.
They agreed from the start it was a warranty issue, and said they were just waiting on stock to be available to send me a new camera and would be about 2 weeks.
A few weeks came and went, I reached out again and they stated there was a delay in their Canadian Warehouse but if I had an American address I could send the camera to that they could do that right away. This option wasn’t a good one for me so they stated it shouldn’t be much more than a few more weeks.
This time passed again, and I was then told the item was on back order. Should only be a few more weeks by my name was marked as priority for shipping out once stock came in (see a pattern here?)
At this point it had been about 6 months and I noticed they were selling this camera as a “deal” for Black Friday. So I reached out again and stated I found it funny that I didn’t have my camera due to stock issues but they seemed to have enough stock to sell for Black Friday. They responded with well…it’s out of stock now. I responded that if they were hoping I would just go away that it wasn’t happening and I would send them monthly emails until my kid is in college before I let them get away with ignoring me, and asked for my case to be sent to a supervisor. It’s at this point it became clear to me why they only have an email address to contact customer service and not a phone number cause they’d be yelled at constantly for their poor service.
Someone then reached out to me and offered me the model lower that would still be compatible with my monitor. The features it was missing were slightly annoying to not have but not a deal breaker and at this point I figured something is better than nothing so I agreed to these terms.
I finally received a package - from their returns department. It was a camera wrapped up in bubble wrap and thrown into a box for shipping. No original packaging. Clearly they do no care. Had a used/returned machine been discussed with me prior then that would have been on me to take the risk. But they just tossed my a camera in hopes I’d go away.
The camera itself is great. Good quality image, the battery life leaves much to be desired but whatever. But their customer service is so piss poor that I will tell everyone that will listen not to bother with this camera/company. 1 star for customer service, the extra star is just because the camera itself is fine. Stay far far away.
DO NOT BUY ANY HUBBLE CONNECT PRODUCTS
One of our Hubble Connect baby monitors stopped showing an image on the monitor. Because the monitor was 3 months past warranty date, I couldn’t exchange it, however they said if we paid for the shipping to ship it to their warehouse that they can fix it within a few days and that the whole process from accepting the parcel to sending it back to us would take 7-10 business days.
It has now been 5 months and we have yet to receive our device back.
We have always been the one to reach out to Hubble to ask the status and we have always received the answer that the part was on back order. When Canada post went on strike, they started blaming that was the cause of the delay. Then when I asked for my monitor back they still give me the run around and saying they have to organize it with shipping and that takes time.
Our 2nd monitor now has the same defect and we have no other choice now other than going to buy a new monitor.
NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT! BETWEEN THE CAMERAS BEIBG DEFECTIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HAVING ANY URGENCY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER WITH A TOOL TO PROTECT CHILDREN IS AWFUL.

I had a unit that stopped working so I thought i'd give them another chance and purchase a new unit. However when receiving it, the new one was not working as intended. I immediately contacted them when i received the unit but their customer services was extremely unhelpful. They said they would not accept the refund because it was "used". However their refund policy on their website says they accept returns of "like new". It does not say it cannot be opened. I tried to explain to them i have not used it because I am unable to do so, but they still refused to refund me the purchase. Now i'm stuck with two useless bricks of plastic that dont work.

I had an issue with my cameras after a payment failed. I contacted Hubbleconnected customer service and received a timely response. It was no fault of Hubbleconnected but with my bank. Very polite and listened to my concern to help resolve the issue. Everything is now back to working order and they even responded after all was corrected. For my experience, customer service was satisfactory.
