Buy literally *ANYTHING* else!!
The best thing we did with this system is put it back in its box and put up our new monitor(which works wonderful)! It's a joyous day because after writing this review I get to delete the app!!! Enough was enough. Believe the reviews...they are not AI or otherwise fake. This company and product are an absolute waste of time and money! The positive reviews haven't had the product long enough--their issues will start before long.

Do not buy from this company, our unit hardware is faulty which they have admitted to and I have in writing but they have said they are not willing to do anything about it. I've provided all the proof but they don't know what customer service is.
The camera constantly disconnects from the main unit, you can only down load the app on certain devices.
Never buy from this company they need shutting down!!!

My monitor will not connect to the app. I have been trying since the day after I bought it November 19th to get them to replace the defective product. And these not so bright individuals keep asking me to send a video of me not being able to connect the device to my phone app, after me telling them repeatedly I only have my phone to record! Do not buy their products!
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. This is our second monitor in 11 months. Both were great to begin with and then about 6 months in, it just stopped coming on. We returned and the same has just happened to this one. Tried to repair, reboot etc but nothing. No point contacting Hubble as reviews say it is shocking. Very unreliable and the battery life says 5 hours. Well if you don’t keep it plugged in, which can drain the battery, then you are woken to a loud annoying bleeping sound so can’t win. Have to have it plugged in all the time and then stops working. Do not buy!!!!!

App constantly offline. Endless connection problems. No way to contact support beyond email. Wish I had bought another device. Stopped working completely on the app today.

Had nothing but problems with my device since purchase, only had for a year and constant disconnection and having to sort it now tonight device completely stopped working only a year having this, not even coming on so now without a monitor, put up with this rubbish too long. Would not recommend to anybody is good for first few months then just goes faulty on its own, not reliable and good!
Expensive camera that doesn’t work…
An expensive camera that works intermittently. We have had to reset ours on average twice a month because the “camera is offline” with no plausible reasoning. It captures ‘events’ such as the sensitivity of light changes from outside (when it’s not facing nor near the window) yet it misses key moments like when you put them down or when they wake up. The temperature reading only works sometimes. We’ve just bought a much cheaper indoor Ring Camera to replace it - at least that’s reliable!
DO NOT TRUST HubbleClub
I got the HubbleClub twin deluxe and have had nothing but problems with no help from HubbleClub.
One camera on won’t enter pairing mode even after rebooting, sticking a paper clip in to factory reset, etc etc. The response I got when reaching out to support was to try everything I’d already tried and that should work but if it didn’t, feel free to reach out again. So I’ve only had 1 out of 2 cameras working, annoying but not the end of the world.
Final straw is that the app simply stopped working. I can see our child on the parent unit but the app has an error that says “issue connecting. Try refreshing a few times and restart if that doesn’t work.” When you restart the same thing happens. Reaching out to support is useless as their SLA is 24-48 hours.
Worst camera/detection system
Worst camera/detection system. The camera will loose WiFi constantly, need reset all the time, sense movement when there is none, detect high temp when the temp in the room is not high. The company will give you reason after reason on why it does it or how to fix it but it’s all because of their poor quality product. Our camera is less than 50 ft from the modem, I’ve moved the camera multiple times. It’s always something the user does wrong, how about offer a better quality product for the price you are paying. My advice is literally buy any other product, this product is not worth the time or money.

Worse baby monitor , I don’t like anything about it , the connections always struggle , the monitor extremely slow , the cameras always desconect , parents out there don’t buy this , it just looks so fancy , but doesn’t work for what is supposed to be . I wish I can get my money back .

Preface, Ive bought 4 baby monitors over the 11 past years of having children. Just had a baby in January. I thought this one was going to be even better. “Newer and improved.” Sadly I was super disappointed. In the past our monitors worked but slowly got older, were dropped or loss some function but held together for least 3-7years. This Hubble baby monitor started malfunctioning months into use.
It will no longer connect to my phone one of the main reasons I got it. It started to overheat. I thought maybe it was a fluke but it did it so many times and was hot to the touch. I kept having to unplug it because it was reading in the upper 90s for temperature. Needless to say this Hubble needs a recall.
I tried to contact support. They promised a replacement. Then never came through. Completely disappointed with their unprofessional responses and when I gave information they kept asking for information I already sent. Just giving me the runaround. So sad this really is dangerous to be sold.

So many annoying little issues
So many annoying little issues, often locked behind a paywall needlessly. Go on vacation and need to change WiFi networks? You have to delete and add it all over again. And good luck, it fails the first couple of times for no reason. Bizarre issues happen at times, such as the camera panning back and forth non stop. Bad connection issues. Constant trying to push their premium service, which is basically just giving features that should already be included but they want to nickel and dime you as much as possible. Definitely look elsewhere, there are much better products for the price.
