Unable to cancel billing, but service has not been used since Jan 2024. Cannot cancel service in control panel and support keeps going in circles.
Don't give them your card details. They will not release you from the trial. I have just spent an hour on the phone to my bank and stripe reporting them for fraud. Service is non-existant. They ask you to send your bank statements again and again. Very dull use of your time in dealing with Hubox, I would seriously avoid.
As a customer, I have received a dashboard with 4 more users that are Super Admins, yet my account lacks permissions to backup controller.
Having other users with more permissions is unsafe to the level that I would not suggest Hubox to my company (we are currently self-hosting Unifi Controller for our company use yet looking to move it elsewhere).
Lack of permissions is the main reason I am moving away after trial. Another reason is these other Super Admins of the controller. I do not want others to have unrestricted access to my controller and have ability to pretty much leave me without wireless Internet connection.
