Mobeena Salim, my solicitor at Hudgell Solicitors, was outstanding throughout my case. She was professional, supportive, and highly knowledgeable from start to finish.

I was the victim of a hit-and-run accident at 3am, with no witnesses present. The accident left me with a dislocated and fractured shoulder, resulting in long-term injuries. Unfortunately, neither the police nor local businesses were able to help identify the driver.

Although the driver was never found, the amazing team at Hudgells successfully helped me secure compensation through the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB). I actually received more compensation than I expected, which was a huge relief given the circumstances.

My introduction to Hudgell's Solicitors was through Nazish Nawaz, who was patient and clear in her explanation of my options.

Terrible - contacted in an emergency situation, assured empathy and contact, sent info got no replies, called today and the person I spoke with was not in the office, the person I chatted to said he would escalate and they rejected my case - I asked why and the feedback did not match the info I sent which was accepted in full this was moving a case to them not a new case. Hudgells approach was shoddy, unfounded, uninformed and they could not be bothered to check the case notes and got it totally wrong.

I had a Capture Redress claim and i received the most professional advice and assistance from Ellie, Vicky and Neil Hudgell. They were all very caring and always had my best interests at the forefront. Thank you Hudgell Solicitors. I have also got my Horizon Shortfall scheme redress on going and again, they have been very professional through out.

Tina Shah has been amazing throughout the whole process of our claim. She was reassuring, knowledgeable, and made both me and my husband feel comfortable. I contacted this firm in September 2025 regarding a potential clinical negligence claim.

I received an encrypted document without the password and was therefore unable to access the correspondence. I immediately informed the firm in writing and requested access, but did not receive any response.

Several months later, I was informed that the firm had “not heard from me” and intended to close the file.

This experience left me unable to progress my enquiry despite having responded and demonstrated significant procedural barriers to accessing legal advice.
