My bunny is really great and it does help me sleep

Awful! Stay away from this company.
The toy itself is nothing like how they advertise it. The breathing is loud and scares my daughter. Plus sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've asked for a refund and they tell me that I have to send it to their factory in China which will mean that my 'refund' just pays for the shipping fess!!! They know this, as they've said that it isn't cost effective to return it as it will cost more to return that the refund will be!!! I feel completely let down and SCAMMED by this company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Faulty products and you can't even return it if something is wrong.

I bought 2 of these for my granddaughters . Arrived November, were given for christmas. 1 is fine , I agree packaging wasn't the best ,but they worked & they loved them. 1 has since broken, but because I didn't return or ask for a refund within 14 days , it a sorry can't help , but she's only had it 2 months! They did say here's a code for 20% off another one .no thanks . So unless it brakes in 14 days you're screwed, I should have read reviews before I bought , school boy error , I will in future.

My daughter at 15 use it as emotional support at night to sleep. The sound is a little louder then we would love- should maybe be adjustable. And sound from the belly moving. But super cozy friend for her.

I wish I had researched more. Cheaply made product. Will give you anxiety not take it away. Breathing/snoring is so fake and loud. Had one night and the breathing machine is now cracking when it moves. My kids still like them but they are see through and just not worth the price. I managed to get 50% of my money back without sending back. Came out to $10 each so still not worth $10 but I'll take it.

It is helping my daughter relax and sleep alittle better , it's also helping with her anxiety.

The bears seem good,not used yet as birthday gifts,would order with plenty of time if ordering as a gift as took over 2weeks to arrive, plenty of updates on the tracking to show where they were though

Shocking product.
Turns off automatically too quickly - very loud.
I have so far had 2 products sent to me that are faulty and do not work, now waiting for the 3rd.
Can't fault their replacement process but it's not something I would every buy again or reccomend for someone to buy

Amazing, I ordered it for my nephew on his first birthday. My sister says its really good and my nephew loves it . Feels lovely n the breathing etc is great

Took a while to arrive.
Teddy cute.
Motor that makes it breath is noisy.
Child finds noisy motor annoying so won’t use.. kind of defeats object!!

I eventually received them and i love them, the only problem I had was the very little communication regarding my order, shipping & delivery, after a week I chased the order up with you twice,

This product is terrible. It took over four weeks to be delivered. There were no batteries included, and the screw at the back was missing. The quality of the breathing noise is awful. It's actually very irritating. It feels extremely cheap and only makes you more anxious. I wish I could record the noise.
Overall, a horrible product

Hugglys anxiety and stress relieving range of cuddly creatures, including nightlight and music are absolutely amazing and life changing and sleep pattern savers as well as being cute and cuddly and fun so if you want to change your life in a non-medicated way with regard to stress and anxiety relief grab yours now

Great choice in characters, lovely and soft. Really good customer service dealing with an issue. Kids like them. I also brought myself one.

Downside the rising of breathe doesn't match the sound so not ad relaxing and calming as they could be.

Biggest downside is the motor is nearly as loud as the breathing. For this reason only I personally would be skeptical about recommending them.

The product is fab idea just need these two tweaks to be perfect

Do not buy. Poorly made. No safety regs on product. Took ages to arrive after chasing. Came wrapped in a round bundle of plastic squashed down as tight as they could. This was supposed to be a gift for mum. Stitching is terrible the battery compartment held together with one screw that was not fixed when unwrapped.
No response to cancel and get refund
