This is a scam account - do not use it. You will place an order and a delivery will come weeks later (either broken or the wrong item) but then will take your details and try to access your accounts. Please check your email account as that is how they access your detail.

Really great product. The rabbit had particularly soft ears! Live the breathing pattern and movement + the light. The music is a bit ‘tinny’ but ok.

Love this product, quick deliverly from Hong Kong would recommend.

I can’t give 0 stars unfortunately - ordered, had to chase it, was told there was an issue with the delivery label - reissued, still no delivery, chased, yet another issue with delivery label. Won’t issue a refund until I receive the item…which is clearly never coming!
Stay away - they are awful! The only thing that will convince me these are not scammers is of if I get a refund within the next 25 hours!

Feels like a total scam! Ordered product on 29 January, told Yodel have item on 7 February, but Yodel haven’t received it. Types of responses received are pre-written, standard responses and don’t actually answer any of my questions. Avoid at all costs. Item still not received and missed my daughter’s birthday. Refuse to issue refund for missed delivery time frame

Very loud, not the best quality. Battery powered , not sure it relaxing. Tried to cover the microphone!

This company sell faulty goods which lasts for a few months before breaking. Purchased a stitch for my grandson for Christmas and now the button has stopped working so it's of no use whatsoever a bit like their customer service. I can't get a replacement (not that I would want one) also no refund. Don't buy them they are cheaply made, noisy and certainly not worth the money.

I love the 3 Hugglys I bought. It’s an elefante, a panda bear and another bear. They all work perfectly. They breath, with or without light, with or without music and are very soft to touch. Maybe a problem to wash them if they get dirty, but I’ll see how to manage. The little motor could be less noisy, that’s the only thing to improve. I consider that I made a very good bought.

The service is incredibly poor I ordered being advised it would arrive within 5 to 10 days. It was for a birthday present. It has now been 26 days, the item has still not arrived. The birthday has passed and they are refusing to give me a refund. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs!

Both Stich Hugglys sent faulty. Really poor quality. Don't waste you money.

I bought 2 animals for Christmas for grandchildren. 1 stopped working and they refused to replace it.

The bear broke after 2 weeks of receiving as a Xmas gift for my son. Customer service is terrible and they refuse to refund or replace.

Ordered the bunny but it has not arrived I keep getting fobbed off saying it is on its way! This is a scam! I have a friend who lives in Hong Kong so going to try and find’s them and get my money back.

I ordered 4 of your products and have only received 1.
The one I did receive is absolutely horrendous and overheated in less than 1 minute.
I have taken it to a professional who has informed me that it does NOT conform to British Trading Standards and should NOT be sold in England. It is dangerous and I have since sought legal advice and have been advised to demand a full refund for all 4 items as your “company “ is going into investigation due to the overwhelming amount of complaints.
I expect a full refund for ALL 4 “toys”. Failure to do so will result in further legal action.

So far they have completely unhelpful. However an investigation is underway from the UK.

The two Hugglys I purchased are faulty but according to Louise, their company's policy is that I have to send a video proving they dont work before they will accept responsibility and refund in full. Problem is the video won't send on email and they still won't arrange for return of the items for a refund
