I can’t leave 0 stars so it will have to be 1
I Bought 3 as a gift for Christmas,

Firstly, the tunes that are on the bears sounds like a cat being strangled.
Not even a month after use, the breathing motion has stopped working, almost like it gets stuck, and the motor noise is horrendous.
Company states due to the complaint being passed the 14 day return policy, there is nothing they can do to assist. My children hardly used it as the noise is horrendous and kept us awake at night.
I was offered a generous 20% discount for another purchase ( I know how kind) I have responded and said I would never buy/ recommend this company for anything. Really poor customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, less than 4 weeks in, the teddy had stopped working, company say because it's more than 14 days the can't return for a refund however they'll give me 20% off my next purchase, like I'm going to buy from them again!

Don't waste your money

Cheap and nasty product, the mechanical noise it makes is horrendous and as far away from soothing as you could get, the music element loops every 10 seconds and is not continuous. I contacted the company who incidentally are not based in the UK to be offered a 20% then 30% then 50% refund so as not to return and if I am so dissatisfied to give it to a a charity shop - to be honest if I am not happy with it myself I certainly would not give it to anyone else! Dreadful customer service. Certainly none of the things the company claims the product to be

Continuous clicking 😡

Really disappointed at the size and it feels really cheap. Ordered 3 in total. 1 out of the 3 clicks everytime it breathes. Very frustrating as it'll keep my daughters awake its that loud.
Will definitely not be ordering any more.

My son received one as a gift for Christmas, and at first he loved it and really helped him fall asleep and regulate himself.
Not even a month after use, the breathing motion has stopped working, almost like it gets stuck, and the motor noise is horrendous.
Company states due to the complaint being passed the 14 day return policy, there is nothing they can do to assist and states that the issues must be due to ‘excessive use’.
Therefore, if you are still going to purchase, even after more than 50% of the reviews are 1 star, limit use to once a month and it will possibly last you 6 months.

Awful company

Awful company. (Can't use zero star) mine lasted one month before breaking, now been told that's because of excessive use (every night) so no return or replacement. Terrible customer service and one gutted grandson

poor quality product

I ordered after a recommendation from someone at my daughters dance club. brought for my autistic son and my young daughter who needs help going to sleep. Updates from the company was regular which was good, but they advertise as a UK company and they are based in Hong Kong.

The quality of the product is poor. It has an awful motor noise whilst the sloth breaths which completely distracts from the breathing noise and makes me question the saftey of the product. I brought 2 and both do the same. The produce has minimal cushioning and I'm not convinced it passes any European standard saftey checks. I ensured I brought off the main site rather than Facebook. very disappointed. in reading other reviews I haven't bothered to contact the company yet. will try and find a contact email.

the package also had a tear in which tore the accompanying bag on one of the soft toys, although this was unlikely the seller as it had travelled a long way!

Edit
contacted the company and apparently the motor noise is normal! but they don't advertise this motor noise at all, so beware. i would not have purchased the product.

Bought three of them. All three are rubbish. Two don’t work and the third is horrendous. Very hard tummy and creepy loud breathing noise comes out of it. Very little stuffing inside therefore don’t cuddly at all. Chinese company refused to give me refund. Ended up getting it through my bank. Do t waste your hard earned cash on dangerous product from Chinese company

Avoid it’s a scam company

Avoid it’s a scam company. Not uk based product is hard and doesn’t work. Won’t sort returns and try to fob you off. When we read the positive reviews we were shocked that any single person accepts this rubbish. It came broken and in a clear bag, no nice pouch . Very poor quality very disappointed child who now does not have the present. Ordered in early December still fighting the issue now! Avoid!!

Poor quality, no auto shut off

My son’s issues have the same as everyone else’s; poor quality, awful noise, nothing to stop him messing about with the wires and batteries.
The most ridiculous thing for me, is that it has no auto timeout. If I get caught up in chores and forget to go and turn it off, it needs new batteries the next night.

Save yourself the money and the stress, but a standard plushie and a cheap white noise machine with an auto shut off.

Chinese Based. No UK returns. Resulted in Chargeback

Although the website presents itself as UK-based, with prices listed in GBP, I discovered that the company is entirely based in China. My order was shipped directly from there.

Upon receiving the item, I found it to be defective and not as described. Additionally, the packaging did not match what was advertised. After further research, I came across safety concerns regarding the product. The way it operates is excessively noisy, which is quite distressing for my 2-year-old daughter.

I reached out to request a return for the item, but the process was frustrating. It took five emails before I finally received a return address. Moreover, they were unwilling to cover the return shipping costs and insisted that I return the item to China using a tracked service, which would be at my own expense.

As a result of these issues, I have initiated a chargeback request with my credit card provider.

Scam company Cheap Product

Scam company. If I could give 0 stars I would. The teddy is solid very noisy and shuts off around 5 minutes. There is no heartbeat as advertised. The breathing sounds are scary and the music sounds like a horror film clip. My sister got me one for Christmas and it didn’t work at all and as the website looks professional I ordered a second one. She is still wrangling on trying to get the original one returned. I am now in week two of emails going to and fro as they refuse to take it back and will not refund. It is a cheap rip off and dangerous. I have now had to go to my bank to try and get the money back. I am also reporting to Trading Standards. They need shutting down!

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. The worst I think I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I ordered a bear for my 7 year old son, it looks weeks to arrive and when it did, it arrived faulty! (The quality of the bear itself is also incredibly poor.)

When I contacted customer service via email, the email address bounced! I contacted them through their contact form also and have had zero response.

I'm left with a poor quality bear that cost £25 that doesn't do anything. No refund, not even a response from customer service.

Please avoid at all costs. I fell for the FB reviews as I was desperately trying to find something to help my boy sleep better. I really wish, I'd visited here first. Lesson learned!

Overpriced and not what I expected for…

Overpriced and not what I expected for my Autistic Son. They would not let me return 2 bears. Offered 10% back which i refused, just wanted to return bears as not as described. Still wouldn't allow me to return, offered 30%. I spent £40 for something that was of no use to me or anyone. A 30% refund was pointless. I wouldn't recommend buying from them
