I bought an aviator jacket from them that looked good in the picture and seemed very reasonable for that price, that should have been the red flag. Waited for the jacket to arrive, not from London but direct from China. As I told them in an email I would be embarrassed to put that jacket on a scarecrow it’s horrendous. I’m determined to get my money back so I’ll try and put the onus onto my credit card company as this company are scam artists pure and simple. It’s disappointing Facebook don’t vet who they allow to advertise on their website

This company is very little better than a scam. The aviator jacket as advertised by Hugo & Grace, as being of high quality, durable and made of lambs leather for £69.95. This, on arrival by post, appeared to be made of plastic, poor quality and nothing like durable. Since when do lambs have plastic coats? Upon trying to make contact with said company, there is no way to get a message through to them. Therefore, I will try getting in contact with trading standards, but I have lost all faith in buying anything on line.

The aviator jacket was nothing like the picture, it was cheap tacky item that I would be embarrassed to wear. I contacted Hugo & Grace, to arrange a refund & received a reply saying, to save you the problem of returning it, we will give you 20% off your next purchase, (they expect me to buy more of their cheap tat?), or 15% refund. This jacket isn’t worth 15% of the price, so I reaffirmed that I wanted to return for a full refund & I have heard nothing from them since, despite sending several emails.
Avoid at all costs

The flying jacket that was described and showed photos of on Facebook advert bore no relationship to what was delivered.
It was describes as made from calves leather and good quality. What arrived was a cheap plastic coat that looked nothing like the photos on the site.
