I ordered the desk chair, and I am a failure at assembling items purchased online. This company's product made my assembly skills a success. I believe that even those with dyslexia could assemble this product. In addition, the chair is very well designed and impressive with its wooden back. underneath and armrests. Finally, it arrived in North Carolina from California in only 5 days. This is a fantastic chair from a great company !!! It is also much superior in appearance and function to its replacement that I purchased locally.

I purchased two identical chairs from this company. I absolutely love the look of them. One of them has failed past the warranty., And when I reached out to the company, they are willing to help me out of Goodwill. They are getting ready to ship me a replacement out of the kindness of their hearts. I am so appreciative. That replacement should be arriving shortly in my Hope is it is the exact chair and top-notch quality that will last a long time.

Love My New Julia Farmhouse Desk & Bookcases!
I ordered the Julia Farmhouse Desk, (2) of the matching storage bookcases and the Linzy Chair. 1st of all I've assembled a lot of furniture over the years. Everything from IKEA and Wayfair to random items from Amazon, Home Depot, etc. The Hulala furniture is way and away superior in quality, fit and finish than anything else I've put together. The packaging is over the top. Lot's of padding and high density pieces in the corners. The desk is all of 3 pieces; it's heavy as expected, but it's very simple to put together. Everything operates perfectly and it had a lot of real estate under the front edge to install cable trays. So all my technology is hidden away.
The bookcases were more complex, but I expected that. Instructions are very clear and all the parts and fasteners are labeled. I took my time and had them both assembled in an afternoon. It's pre-wired for the LED lighting and the LED strips are pre-cut with Velcro on the backside. It's the easiest thing to install and the multifunction switch is discreet and works quite well. The other quality I also wanted to mention is the finish match. The desk and bookcases color and finishing technique match perfectly. I know woodworking and this is not an accident, but a result of tight quality control.
The Linzy chair assembled like most other chairs. The quality of the chair makes it look and feel like a piece twice the cost. I've spent a good enough amount of time in it to say it's very comfortable for several hours at a time.
We're furnishing a new home and this is for my home office. So, I'll be spending a lot of time in here and will certainly appreciate the furniture for years to come.

We love our new bedroom set which is a 5 Star. It came in 2 seperate deliveries, and the 1st company wouldn't put it in the garage, even though it was supposed to rain, and they only had about 3 feet to go to put it in the garage. The 2nd company delivering the other part of the bedroom set very easily put it into the garage. The tall dresser had a small hole on the side of it, but my husband was able to repair it.

Purchasing from hulala was ok
Purchasing from hulala was fine. Good communication except one item came early and I was not informed (not reflected in tracking info) so it sat outside overnight. Thankfully it did not rain. I got a desk and chair and the desk does not go low enough and the chair does not go high enough so I'm getting back and neck pain which I was trying to avoid by getting these products to begin with. They look nice but are not functional. It was a lot of money to spend to be disappointed in the product.

Faulty part to screw in one of legs for the chair. AI customer service replies to emails doesn't help in trying to get a replacement. Few weeks in and still none the wiser if/when I will receive a replacement. Goods should have been checked before being sent in the first place. I ordered two side tables and a dresser and both pieces are stunning. I had some delivery issues with the dresser from the delivery company (not Hulala), and Hulala customer service (Eden!) was incredibly helpful, communicative and solved the issue quickly. Beautiful desk and fantastic customer service
I was in the market for an aesthetically pleasing but functional work desk. I fortunately came across Hulala. When my desk arrived, it was packaged perfectly in three very heavy boxes. The desk was fairly straightforward to put together. My cat ended up, locking my desk a few weeks after having it, and I could not figure out how to unlock it. Eren C. With customer service was quick to provide responses and helped me resolve the problem quickly. My overall experience with this company has been fantastic.
