Great Quality - Great Customer Service
Very rarely have I had a good experience buying furniture online, colour differences, poor finishing etc. I've ended up keeping things I wasn't pleased with simply to avoid the cost and inconvenience of returning them. However, my Hulala experience was faultless. The table I purchased exceeded all my expectations, amazing quality, solid and the online images and description were very accurate. I had a minor issue with the delivery being split into two packages, with the second arriving a day later. But the speed, empathy and level of great customer service I received (from Chase) was very impressive, especially over a Bank Holiday weekend.

Not what I was expecting
Not what I was expecting. The item was delivered a little damaged, but it didn't impact the functionality of the desk. The top portion of the desk is much thicker than I expected, so if you're shorter you might have issues being able to have your legs fit under the desk and your arms resting comfortably on top of the desk to use a keyboard.

Quality products. The desk shipped in 3 boxes but they were very heavy. The quality of the desk, amazing! We had to get the boxes upstairs and we hired some young guys to help move them. My husband and I put it together. Directions were easy to follow.

Chair does not assemble offered $35 credit
Chair does not assemble, an obvious gap is left on the back and after much back and forth, a $35 credit is offered. Make it right.
UPDATE: So I agree with the other poster that the customer service is agentic AI. I would reply to make it right and replace the chair, I was then offered a refund of $65 to keep the chair and $120.
Then I was offered a new chair if I paid $50 in shipping, to which I refused as I shouldn't be out more money when I didnt even get what I paid for. Finally I was offered a nee replacement chair without sending back the defective one (because I refused to accept a defective brand new, $350 item, or sending it back at my own expense of $55) or I could keep the original chair for $120 credit.
I think it was eventually made right, but that is hours of back and forth that could have been resolved had I spoke to a real person. In addition to a Quality issue, customer service is also lacking.

Top tier customer service!
Hands down the most responsive and helpful customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a 360 desk from them. Only to figure out that my office was too small for it. I emailed customer service to ask if I could cancel and if so would there be a restock fee. I had two options.
1. Refuse the delivery (which wasn’t an option)
2. Try and cancel directly with Fed Ex
They were able to intercept it! And there were 3 boxes not all in the same facility. They even refunded ALL of it! Highly recommend.
