Ved køb hos Humac har du som privatkunde 100 dage til at returnere varen og enten bytte til anden vare eller få pengene retur, hvis produktet returneres i original emballage med ubrudt plombering, og original faktura skal medfølge.
Der gælder dog nogle undtagelser for de 100 dages bytte- og returret:
Hvis produktet er solgt med abonnement, med forsikring, som specialbygget maskine (CTO), eller der er tale om digitalt plomberet indhold, som kunden selv downloader eller får tilsendt via elektronisk post (f.eks. licenser til software), bortfalder returretten.
Der er ikke bytte- og returret, hvis produktet er solgt med delbetalinger/låneaftale.
Bytte- og returretten gælder heller ikke reparationer eller serviceydelser.

Computer arrived, just missing my Apple Care Coverage
I received my macbook pro 16" ahead of schedule so I'm very thankful. I would like to know tho when my Apple Care Coverage will show up on my Apple ID account. Its still not showing in general settings on my computer that I have a 3 year ACC plan. I did pay for it when I purchased the computer. Further clarification is needed as to whether I need to do something or will HUMAC make sure Apple knows that and that my account is updated?

The staff at the shop is very helpful
The staff at the shop is very helpful, patient and informative. I liked that they could give advice based on my needs.
4 stars because they have the buyback guarantee, but you need to leave your computer there the same time you buy a new one, without transferring the information and getting rid of sensitive data first. For them to transfer the files, it costs 1500 kr.

Humac Aarhus- Bruuns Galleri: Smooth buying procedure
I had already decided what I wanted to buy. On the day of the purchase, I experienced a smooth buying process with a pleasant attitude from the shopkeeper. I also asked to have the iPad's screen protector installed. It was done with an extra charge, but I am very satisfied with the result. My overall experience as a costumer was pleasant. :)
