Great service from “Mo and Abbas”. Really quick delivery, helpful and friendly. Hope to have them again.

Matt and Adrian were amazing this morning when they delivered my sofa. My lounge being on the 2nd floor and there being a turn in my staircase, most people wouldn't have even tried. These guys offloaded into the hall in order to then put on their shoe covers so as not to damage my carpets, carried 7 large pieces and assembled it in the lounge. They worked hard, were chatty and polite and couldnt have been more professional or helpful. Thank you so much guys.....when I move out, I'll be calling on you to help me get it back out!

Max and Damian were great, they delivered my DFS Sofas after 2 days of purchase! Amazing, thank you.

Last time we had 2 delivery guys that came didnt even attempt it and said they would not be able to get our sofa in. But for Mo and Abbas it was no problem they came and delivered within 15 mins and were so proffessional and friendly at same time.

Only ordered on the 18th at DFS. Their warehouse contacted me the following day to tell me they had my sofas in stock and would be in my area the following day, the 20th to deliver. Wow, I was stunned! Deliver it they did, and within the time slot they said. Mo and Abbas arrived, surveyed the best way to get the items into my flat and promptly set about unpacking and installing my new sofas. Great lads, friendly, careful and totally professional. Well done everyone, cannot thank you enough.

I would like to say thank you to Mo and Abbas for giving me the right amount of notice and delivering and placing the final piece of my sofa today. It’s been a long and difficult process and the rating I am giving is purely for the guys that delivered and NOT Humber services! Having been let down on numerous occasions for the guys that do end up getting the short straw and delivering to one quite unhappy customer they were very professional and helpful! Thank you!

I cannot rate this service highly enough. Leon and Fiona arrived spot on time, phoned ahead, helped move furniture in a very small space whilst all the time being thoughtful and courteous.

I received a delivery today from Humber Services ltd and the drivers Damien and Luke. These two delivery drivers were absolutely exceptional. I can’t tell you how amazing they were, their customer service was honestly one of the best I have seen. They had such an amazing personality smiling and just overall their communication and care with how they delivered our Sofa. I have nothing but such positive words to say. If I could have deliveries like that every time I would be super happy. That’s the best I have had since. I hope the company gives them something for this recognition! Well deserved!
