It all started with an excellent onboarding experience, Signing up was easy, so much so that one could almost call it elegant in its simplicity. The information on how to utilize Humblefax simple and easy to understand. Even more so when actually sending a fax. Straightforward directions, confirmation of sent faxes, and retention. I dropped other fax services in favor of Humblefax! Highly recommend Humblefax!

There were only two that did not go through, and after reviewing the situation, I believe those failures were due to incorrect or inactive fax numbers rather than any issue with the service itself.

This is well priced as budget friendly. It was very user friendly as a first time user. I was able to easily drop the files that I needed to attach and send. The only thing semi-odd was having to fill-in my personal contact information at the very bottom. I would've designed it to capture this information upon creating account and auto-fill that information. It's still a great product/service that I'll use.

Humblefax works great! Left FaxBurner as they stopped making improvements. Very satisfied even if cost a few dollars more than faxburner.

Extremely easy to use! Very cost efficient for a business starting out! Love the fact they e-mail you when you receive faxes and you have the app which helps keep track.

I love that I am able to use on my desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. Uploading documents has been a breeze and have not had any failed transmissions yet.

The experience has been great so far. The dashboard has any easy to follow layout and is very intuitive to use. We a appreciate being able to send junk faxes directly to the trash folder without having to print any unwanted documents. We were also able to keep our original fax phone number which is very convenient, not to mention the cost savings!

Humblefax has a easy-to-use interface, it's very consistent with connection and completion of faxes, and I really appreciate the emailed notice of completion or failure with each fax. If you're looking to send the occasional fax this is a great way to go.

Love it just wish it was app for iPhone

Easy to use, plenty of storage at 50mbs per fax. Wish I could get a bit more storage but other than that it Tracks outgoing and incoming faxes.
