First of all Poor Value for Pro Plan – Misleading Word Usage Model
First of all, Humbot.ai is a good humanizer and provides noticeably better results than most tools. However, I often see the message that it’s trained only up to October 2023 while humanizing content. This may limit its accuracy with more recent topics, but overall, the output quality is solid.
I signed up for Humbot.ai is Pro Plan expecting a monthly limit of 30,000 words for humanization. In reality, that quota disappeared after processing fewer than 10 articles. That’s because the tool runs a fixed chain: it detects AI, rewrites the text, and then checks the output again — counting all of that toward your quota.
There’s no option to skip steps or manage usage, and this lack of control makes the tool too inefficient for serious use. The output is fine, but the platform’s billing structure needs major rethinking. Until that happens, I wouldn’t recommend it for regular users or professionals.
Most importantly, I never received a reply from the official Humbot.ai team.

I want to expose Humbot as a complete scam. Your service does not work as advertised, and I have proof.
🔴 Here’s the reality:
I tested a text that was 100% AI-generated (confirmed by multiple detectors).
After running it through Humbot, your tool claimed it was "written by a human."
However, ZeroGPT still detected over 70% AI-generated content!
You claim to verify with ZeroGPT and other detectors, but that is a lie. Your system simply modifies a few words and pretends the text is "humanized." This is blatant false advertising and deceptive business practices.
I will not stay silent about this fraud. I will report this scam on multiple platforms, including:
🚨 Trustpilot, Reddit, Twitter, and online review sites
🚨 AI detection communities
🚨 Consumer protection organizations
If you don’t provide an immediate refund, I will escalate this further with my bank or PayPal dispute services.

Worst Experience Ever.
Worst experience from any service ever!!!! Whatever you do - do NOT buy one of their subscriptions!! I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing their subscription for $22 as I was mislead by ads advertising how amazing their AI services were. Used their platform 3 times, and each time I used the ai humanizer - I received words that were legit gibberish and illiterate, basically a bunch of random misspelled words bunched together. So, I did as they told and emailed [hello [at] humbot.ai] to cancel my subscription and provided them with my bank statement saying I was charged $22 from Humbot and a screenshot of my profile showing proof of subscription purchase. I have emailed them around 7 times and only get responses at 2 AM saying to provide them with an invoice that I must received in my mailbox - but no invoice was EVER sent to me!!! Also, I tried to call their customer service number around 12 times and never got a response. I am being scammed and lied to and don’t know how to resolve this issue. Basically, never use Humbot.
