They do not respond to email, it is impossible to return funds, as all email are ignored.

scam ooo I sign up yesterday and I have not get to use it. It say technical issues when I try to use it.

I subscribed to Humbot.ai for a full year after initial tests seemed promising. Unfortunately, just two weeks into using it, the tool started having serious issues. It became incredibly slow, taking ages to complete any process. This is far from the quality I expected, and I don’t feel like I’m getting what I paid for :(

Adding to the frustration, their support team is completely unresponsive. I’ve sent multiple emails to their listed support address (hello [at] humbot.ai) over the past two weeks with no response. It feels like they’re just ignoring their customers.

I would advise anyone considering Humbot.ai to look elsewhere. Without reliable support, you’re left with a tool that doesn’t deliver on its promises!

Horrible. Just completely and utterly horrible. When I first decided to refund my purchase ($120 by the way), because I noticed that as soon as I purchased it the writing quality was questionable, I read the refund policy through and through. I met all the qualities for a refund: within 3 days, purchased directly, and below 1000 words usage. It has been 2 days now and I have emailed them THREE times kindly asking for even an answer back. In those emails I provided explicit detail on each and every step of my purchase, why I want a refund and my order number. Now that two days have passed and no reply, I'm starting to question if anybody even has gotten a refund... All I can say is that this is a scam- those who are reading this, don't do what I did and please read the reviews before buying. Watch how they are going to reply to this with the same generic response as they did with everyone else. Very unsatisfied. This is the first time it felt needed for me to even leave a review.

It's an absolute scam. Stay away. I tried to "humanize" a piece of content, and the quality is so poor. They simply substitute words that don't make sense, and if they do make sense, you don't sound very smart. I tried to cancel my subscription within 10 minutes, and the system won't let me cancel. I'm disputing with my credit card. Don't get taken like I did.

All this does is change text so that it doesn’t get flagged as AI. The way it does this is to mangle it completely. The end result is not readable or useful. You might as well just delete every alternate word and replace it with another totally random word. The end result would be the same.
EDIT: see their response below. They refused to give a refund as I had submitted a piece with over 1,000 words. Don’t be fooled by their marketing. Humbot simply makes the text look ‘natural’ to Google. It is totally unreadable for humans.

I used the free services and they were very good but I needed to use more words. However, when I subscribed my access to the website was blocked and I can't even sign in to cancel my subscription or contact them to get my money back. Very disappointed I want my money back! Definitely do not subscribe!!!

It still needs some work as a technology and I guess it can be used for social media but I'd wait to use it for professional work as it still needs a bit more tweaking. They have provided me with a refund without a problem, so I'm grateful for that.

This app is a joke! I introduced a sample text (written mostly by me) it detected 96% AI text and humanized it but at the middle of the text appeared: “…capacity building.D. dips Allah the almighty who made this day to come true, and I celebrate it today as one of my biggest achievement”. No need to mention that the text I introduced was non religion related and I live in a country with no representation of the specific belief. I didn’t see this coming, made me laugh! On a serious note: A complete nonsense this app I regret even giving them my email.

This company also owns the brands undetectableai.ai, bypassai.ai, bypassgpt.ai, and aihumanizer.ai. They are trying to mislead users and abuse google's algorithms to mislead as many users as possible. This is illegal and these fraudsters should be taken down. Did I forget to mention all the reviews on this trustpilot page are fake and bought? Most likely owned by some kid in Asia scamming users.

Do not waste your money.
1- The way it humanizes it is to rewrite something that makes no sense, completely changes the context of the text, AND it still does not pass ai detectors 100%.
2 - I had to email them the second time to cancel the service (hence the reason I believe they deserved a review). Also there is no way to cancel your account or cancel your subscription through the website.. total scam, stay away

I tried a small sample of output and it was decent enough for me to purchase a year subscription. Once I made the purchase all of the output I got was TERRIBLE. It made no sense at all. I tried 20xs to get something that made sense and was unsuccessful. They CLAIM to have a 3 day money back guarantee but when I tried to get a refund after only 25 minutes they refused to give me a refund stating that I had input 1000 words, which made me ineligible for a refund! Now I'm stuck with this crappy service for a year at the cost of 140$... What a rip off.
