Pretty dress, great service
This dress did not arrive in time to take on holiday, which was not your fault.
I retrieved the parcel from my neighbour when I returned.
I love these Amber dresses. The high necked front and low back are comfortable and flattering.
It was beautifully packaged. This is the service I have come to expect from your company and I have never been disappointed.

Accurate garment sizing, super fast delivery
Information regarding fit and sizing was extremely accurate. Particular information I really appreciated was advice that bra straps would not be visible with the cut of the arm hole. Loved that.

Bad experience
Didn’t realise one of the items I purchased was on sale. Purchased my normal size but was way too small, emailed to return item for change of size ( which was available) happy to take your money but not happy to work with customers. Won’t purchase again
