My order took six weeks to arrive so…
My order took six weeks to arrive so long I only found it on my follow up. I checked and had not received any delay notices. I submitted a request to Humidity Lifestyle “where was my order”. In several minutes I received an email advising that my order would be received the next day. Given the next day was a Saturday I knew this would not happen. My order was received on the Monday. Well….Well..🙃 the shirt I ordered was big enough and seriously looked like a size 22. The description for this shirt did not accurately describe the extent of the oversize in anyway that I would have expected. So six weeks and now a stuck with something I cannot wear. Started a return ….no luck there as it was at a sale price. So there is my experience with purchasing from Humidity Lifestyle. Never again as this was the second order, which was returned. Now I know better.

All orders received by 12pm AWST are dispatched the same business day. After 12pm AWST they are packed and shipped the next business day. Once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, it is managed within their network and we no longer have direct control over transit or delivery timeframes. We ship either standard or express, which you choose at checkout.
Looking into your order, it was placed on the 16th Feb and shipped the same day, and delivered Monday 23rd Feb which is 7 days and within Australia Posts standard delivery timeframe – not six weeks as mentioned.
We take great care to hand-measure each garment and provide detailed, accurate sizing information on our product pages to help customers choose their best fit.
We would also like to clarify that our Terms and Conditions for Sale Items are clearly outlined throughout the website during the purchase journey. Customers are required to review and accept these terms by ticking a checkbox at checkout before completing their order, and the system does not allow the purchase to proceed without this confirmation.

I bought the same hoodie again !
I bought the same hoodie I bought about 8 months ago, as I like it so much !
The dark grey colour suits me, I had lots of compliments about it, even from people in the street !
I also have a pink and a light grey one, but my fav is the dark grey.
It is important to me that it does not have artificial fibres (being 95% Cotton and 5% Cashmere).
It keeps its shape well after washing.
