WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
This is a scam, you will receive multiple emails about having to wait for a DHL driver, it will be shipped shortly, etc.
Save your money, this is not a legitamate company!

Ordered a quilt, it was shipped but returned due to non readable address label. It's back at the origin for a month now. Not getting any response to my emails though. So that's 90USD down the drain...

22 day's since order for candle holder was placed and no product, shipping info, tracking number. Only get computer generated response referencing my quilt had some flaws, even though i didn't order a quilt. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

They advertise these as "quilts" but this is basically just a very thin polyester blanket, definitely not a true, pieced "quilt".The material is of the poorest quality. It's just a printed synthetic fabric with a "quilt" pattern cheaply printed on it. The texture is rough and has a starchy, synthetic feeling even after washing. The only thing "quilted" about it was an over-stitching pattern on the blanket. Must have taken 2 minutes on a machine. It was not at all what I expected. They apparently photograph very well but, in person, the colors are garish. This is a quilt only to someone who doesn't know what a quilt is. I guess there's no legal definition so they're skating on that to defend calling these "quilts". It's really only suitable to be used outdoors, or maybe as a moving blanket as far as we're concerned. The blanket is way overpriced for what it is and they ought to be ashamed to have charged this price for such obviously extraordinarily cheap material. Very Fake looking. Cost should be $14.99 tops. Would never buy another thing from this company as a result of receiving this shoddy example of their products. We're so busy we don't have time to do a return. We'll probably give it to charity. By the way, it took forever for them to send us this piece of @#$% but it looks like we're lucky to have gotten anything from reading these other reviews. They led me to believe their products are handmade in North Carolina, USA but really these cheap items come from China and apparently they're pirating some copyrighted images from American companies and artists.

As with so many others, I have had similar issues trying to get a quilt I purchased from Humpine and never received. PayPal is no help either. When I created a dispute the end result was PayPal believing the seller and not the customer. I hold PayPal just as responsible as they are letting this terrible company use their system of payment probably knowing the seller is scammining people. The seller gets their money and PayPal gets a fee....and the customer gets nothing.
This is supposed to be secure purchasing using PayPal.....no such luck.
Don’t be fooled by any 5 star ratings as these as most likely not real.
I am sure some people get their quilts as this is the only way to keep the authorities off their trail. For every supposed satisfied customer there are a hundreds other customers that get screwed.

Ordered a quilt. When I did not receive a confirmation I contacted them through the website and regular email many times. The only response said they didn’t receive the order and for ME to check on it. But the PayPal payment was received! I sent them proof of this and the order and still NO RESPONSE. They have done nothing to resolve this issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I have to take the dispute to PayPal.

Its a scam!!! DO NOT WASTE your money here! I ordered a pair of shoes from them at the beginning of June. I have paid. I WISH i had read these revies before. They didnt even sent me a tracking number 2MONTHS LATER!! They dont answer to any of my emails. They just rip off your money. Stay away from it!!!!!

Quilts badly printed with colors missing, on horrible synthetic fabric, not the cotton blend advertised. Did not respond to complaints through Paypal.

A scam. I paid for a music box of which I have not received. On questioning them I got two standard responses giving false late delivery reasons. How do I know this. Because reason for delay. Because of some lose thread on my quilt. I didn’t order a quilt I ordered a music box. I have contacted Paypal to refund me and an email these people to cancel my order. Which ofcourse they won’t do. Probably because there isn’t one in the first place. Keep well away from this company. Box eventually arrived today. Some months later. Dreadful quality totally in un recognisable tune.

This is a blanket with one "picture" that doesn't match the one online, and it has quilting over it; do not expect to get a quilt where small pieces of fabric make up the picture as you will be disappointed like I was. I asked Humpine for a refund and like others, I sent pictures only to be ignored by my numerous emails that followed. I found it to be a poor quality product that willfully misleads the buyer.

Item that I received did not match the website. They returned one email asking for pictures, I sent the pictures and now they won't respond. I opened a case with PayPal, they said I can return the product for a full refund. Return to China and I have to pay the shipping. Also notice you can leave reviews on the Humpine website and they have no reviews under 3 stars. Buyer beware!

Just, no. Do not. Never. This is one of the best examples of how people with no conscience will scam you out of your money. The quilts are poorly printed photos of God-knows-what and the items look NOTHING like the photos on their site.

IF it were possible to give them negative stars, I would rate them minus 500. How do they sleep at night?

I ordered 2 quilts. Christine was very on top of my order, until after I received it and wrote that there was a mistake. One of the quilts was fine but the other was not. The general pattern was right but ALL of the colors where different and I ordered it because of the picture in the ad. I can't use the quilt in the colors I got. I wrote a note after I got them and have heard nothing in return. I was going to order more but after this I will not order again and I will let people know how I was treated.

Ordered Shoes on June 20, tracking stops at July 12. Should have been here by now. Will deal with Pay Pal to try and stop the payment. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. Would not give them even one star. Customer from Michigan. After I read all the other reviews I can only expect some junk. Very disgusting to say the least.

The quilts look they were colored by kintergardeners. Orange horses, yellow turtles on the other. Total crap. Inquired about a return. NO response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible experience. Quilts our not as pictured and company will not return any inquiry for returns. Buyer beware.

I am only giving one star because I cannot give a zero.
I ordered dragonfly shoes on June 26 and paid for two day shipping. I still have not recieved the items and after contacting the company I got a message on July 3rd saying my order was in processing and I would get a tracking number, not to worry.
I am disappointed that this company claimed to be from North Carolina, now I know that not to be so.
I am very disappointed and have filed a dispute with paypal.
I am very skeptical of the 5 star reviews, I suspect they are fake.

I ordered two quilts. I paid $59.99 a piece. The pictures on the ad looked like pieces together quilts. In fact, I think the ones in the ads on Facebook are. What I received was obviously just printed blankets that they buy on a larger roll, cut, stitch the edges and call it a quilt.
They are very cheap and poor quality. I would expect to get these for $10.00 on sale at a discount store. The designs are very crude compared to what they show online.
As for attempting to get the 100% refund they guarantee if you are not satisfied, I have been emailing them for a week. Once they asked me to send a picture of what I received. I did, I have not heard back. I’ll try for a bit longer, but I don’t expect I’ll get a refund.
Very disappointing experience. I find the positive reviews suspect as no one could possibly think that what they received was “beautiful and of excellent quality”
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
