SCAM sent a mistake filled quilt that was garbage and refused to send a correct one or refund. Didn’t realize they are from HONG KONG. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I waited patiently and when it arrived it was a BIG letdown! The black in the picture was actually a purple looking color, there are spots on the white material that don't belong, there is what looks to be a watermark on one part of the fabric, I find it very poor quality and on top of all of that, it has a red letter and numbers on the FRONT! I have now requested a refund and am getting the runaround. There is a satisfaction guarantee but evidently not until you send them a picture of the shipping label and pics of the problem. I would not recommend!!
(Appx 2 weeks later) I have now been told that there was a problem in production and they will give me 20% of my money back. My opinion is that they are totally dishonest and I wrote this to try to protect others. You likely won't be dealing with the lady that originally contacted you if you have a problem and if you pay via PayPal, it shows a name completely different than the one you ordered from. Unless you just have money to throw away, I would go elsewhere.

I received my Pittsburgh Steelers quilt today after numerous inquiries regarding the status of delivery. The entire process took longer than what the site claims. The quilt had poor stitching and coloring. I have emailed the company and included pictures of the damaged quilt which looks like a machine went haywire. Not sure how it even made it to delivery as you would think the process would include a quality check to ensure product meets customer satisfaction. Do not order a quilt from Humpine, you will be disappointed.

Don't waste your time or money!
I got the run around for weeks from this company until finally I placed a claim through PayPal. Not a week later I received my quilt. My quilt mind you was a king sized quilt and it was delivered in my standard sized mailbox! Once I opened the quilt I discovered how it could fit in my mailbox. It's just two pieces of cheap printed fabric stitched together and it doesn't even fit my bed. I wouldn't be so upset had the quilt be cheap but it was $80. I have purchased beautiful king sized quilts at Home Goods for half that price. Don't waste your time or money.

Total Scam! The emails don't seem right, they lie about the order, the delivery, say it's lost in transit, etc. I've been promised a refund and still waiting.
Today I'm told the item is now in "reproduction" and will be shipped. It's all junk, I've been waiting since August 3rd.

How do we as consumers stop people like this?!?!?!?!

Your quality is poor and the efficiency in getting orders out on time is worse.

I ordered 6 weeks ago....NOTHING!!!!!!!

WAITED A MONTH FOR A PRODUCT I ORDERED. EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEIR TRACKING INFO WAS INVALID ON DHL SITE.

THEY TOLD ME AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING IT WAS LOST IN THE POST THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND NOW WILL NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY EMAILS!!

Scammers I contacted them about some engraved wood candles to see if I could get a different engraving when I ordered. They said you do not have to keep the same engraving. So when I ordered I contacted them to change, got no reply for two days then when they replied they said engraving can't be changed and it had been more than 12 hours so order can not be cancelled. STAY AWAY

Scam, never received goods, kept telling me it was posted and sent me a tracking number from DHL, I contacted DHL who confirmed the item was never posted, try blaming them for losing my item, was told I would get a refund, still waiting after two month, got my money back through PayPal, do not buy through this company, based in China and they are scammers

Awful experience. Never received my order after a month of them giving me a run around about how the music box needed to be fixed. Also they said they would refund me and it’s been a week since and they told me to “be patient” after a month and a half. Just wanted a music box. Seems like all they wanted was my money. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase from this company ever again.

CHINESE SCAM! Ordered a quilt for Virginia Tech, received it with a giant Alabama Football panel. The "quilt" was poorly constructed and much too short for a standard twin bed. Humpine claimed they would refund if I sent it back to China for $23.50 in shipping. Didn't want to take the chance of losing even more money, so I took it as a loss.

I ordered a candle holder the start of August, then got automated email to say there was a problem with my quilt (?) so posting would be delayed. Finally got an email 24th August to say it was shipped with dhl tracking number that showed it was allegedly collected in Hong Kong 16th August and just repeatedly said awaiting update. I emailed the company who said it was lost in transit and they had refunded my money back to PayPal but it didn’t show up. I emailed again and they said it takes time to show! Still no refund so have escalated to PayPal

I ordered a queen size quilt for my son's bedroom with a wrestling theme. The piece of fabric arrived several weeks later. It was simply 2 sheets stitched together - even though a QUILT should be many different types of material stitched together. The wrestling "quilt" had colorful flowers as the border. Obviously, flowers don't really match a wrestling theme. The top had was black, the back was navy blue. The queen size barely covered the top of the mattress - there was absolutely nothing on the side of the bed. I immediately requested a refund. They wanted all kinds of pictures with a tape measure showing the size. They then admitted that they must have made a mistake so they offered to give me a 15% off refund and then 30% off of the replacement quilt. After over a week of back and forth and I simply stated I wanted a refund, they stopped all communication with me. So, I filed a dispute with paypal. Two months later, I still haven't gotten a refund -Paypal is still looking at the dispute. I had to ship the quilt back to Hong Kong and it cost $35 for return shipping. Luckily, Paypal will pay up to $30 for return shipping. This place is a joke... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

DO NOT CHANCE IT I was excited when I saw the product that I ordered from Humpine.com. Time kept passing and no order# no tracking#. I made multiple requests eventually being for a full refund. They always sent me a stock email response. I was only able to recover my money because I used PayPal.....This website will bill your electronic payment to another name "Printabel Company Limited". Who knows what the real business name is or if it even is a business.....DO NOT CHANCE IT......and if you do make sure you have an avenue to recover your money. 9/8/2019

Horrible! I cant believe I ordered item July 29th. And we are September 5th. Still no order. That's 37 days and we have had so much confusion on order from me ordering music box queen to your reply my Quilt is being fixed?? To my order being shipped finally Aug 26th..when I look at dhl tracking number shows package recieved Aug 20th..still no update. Worst customer service and even waiting on order being sent, no updates just apologizing . Its horrible.

I, unfortunately, did not read the reviews before purchasing from this site. I saw an add on Instagram and it has been over a month since my purchase. I received a fake DHL tracking number over 3 weeks ago and have had no updates to it. I have emailed support at least 10 times and gotten nothing but the same tracking number or "please be patient as this is updating". Do not buy anything from here as you too will waste your money.

I’m usually not the type of person to get angry about waiting for a product, but I bought one of their music boxes a month ago and it’s still not here. I’ve emailed their staff twice now and they just send me a link to track my order, but it was updated two weeks ago so it doesn’t help. This has to be a scam, please don’t buy any of their products.

My "quilt" was 2 sheets sewn together. I expected it to be thin. But not like that. I paid 70$. Its worth about 10$. Im sorry I was so dumb to trust this company. If you want an expensive tapestry for your wall you might like it.

The company is a scam.. They send fake DHL tracking numbers that will never update. I ordered a music box from them well over a month ago and still nothing. Luckily, I contacted my credit card company right away! DO NOT Order ANYTHING from this company!
