Great equipment for a great price!

The price for the unit I purchased was excellent, better that any other supplier I looked at during my research, the delivery was incredibly fast and the customer service was top notch. When Im ready to upgrade the rest of the system I will without a doubt do it through HVAC Direct.

HVAC direct is the best with their…

All there products and Customer service.
I had an issue with a coil I bought, and I called them about it and they provided me with the right coil and free of charge.
I had already installed it and screwed it down and they overlooked that and gave me the right coil. I recommend HVAC direct to anybody that’s buying anything to do with heating and air air-conditioning and also other things that they sell.

I bought one of the new ACIQ 3 ton r32…

I bought one of the new ACIQ 3 ton r32 inverter units from them. Shipping was great, it arrived a day faster than we expected. The only problem is that the auxiliary heat strip was the incorrect unit even though the box showed it to be the correct one. Not their fault and we are waiting for the replacement.
The staff has been helpful trying to get this resolved.

I bought a 5 ton unit 2 week ago. The sale person was Justin. He was nice and everything since he was waiting to make the sales like every salesman.I ask him if the unit includes everything ready to be installed his answer was yes and is ready to be plug in ready to go. additional he end up charging me more for the delivery company to set up the unit in the roof. Well a few days later after the unit is ready to drop off at my location the driver stated that they only drop off the unit on the floor and leave it there they don't do extra work they are only delivered company. So now I'm calling Justin since last week his not picking up his not responding the email either. This unit is costing way more then a local provider since they don't include the stand either plus I was charged all that on my invoice.. so don't buy a unit from here because they will be missing parts . Just alone the the ac stand cost 1300 from their company plus I paid for the unit plus for the units to be installed on the roof so this unit cost way more then what it cost me if I would it bought it locally. Don't buy from this company please don't you will have problems instead go to local ac unit company. Don't be like me..

They suck they sold me 1 fiberglass…

They suck they sold me 1 fiberglass .eerv 4 filter for $28 I ordered a 12 pack of fiber glass cheap Merv one filters paid $28 for 1 filter and they sent it in a box that would fit 12. Never again. Holme depot charges 2.48 for one of them. 45 bucks for a 12 pack case in town. What has happened to mail order? It's been taken over by bad people

HVACDirect Saved Me Thousands

I had a great HVACDirect experience. I found what I needed on their website quickly. Their customer support was top notch. I got all my questions answered and then some. My new HVAC unit arrived on time and in perfect condition. No issues with installation. It’s so much quieter than my old unit. My house is nice and cool and we’re a family of happy campers!

Unit was advertised as New but came with Pro Press fitting pressed to low side. High side appeared cut, no swagged end. Signs of being used included electrical fitting knock outs missing.

I had a fantastic experience

I had a fantastic experience working with Nick. I was about to purchase an air handler when he noticed that the refrigerant type wasn’t compatible — something I would have completely missed! His knowledge and attention to detail saved me from making an expensive mistake. Nick was also very professional and took the time to explain additional factors I should consider to ensure the job was done right. We even got disconnected during the call, but Nick called me back right away — A+ customer support!

I regret my purchase with HVAC Direct.

The AC outdoor condenser I bought 4 months ago stopped working in the middle of the hottest day this summer. I called tech support and can't seem to get anyone on the line. I was told the would call back withing one or two days. I was surprised that it would take that long in a situation like this.
If your system they sold you fails, don't expect any help from them. Your on your own.
