Ryan, we are sorry to hear you've had such an unpleasant experience with us.
However, as we can see you opened 3 different items in your unboxings that you could order.
One of the items was 3 times higher than the cost of the box. You also received an item from the Center Royale game worth 12 times higher than the game price.
Then you exchanged your items for Hybe balance to open further boxes a bit later.
As you can see, the whole process is based on luck and items that you can get immediately are available for order or Hybe balance exchange as you wish.
