Hydroh water bottles are easy to use and can support retaining hydration way more than a standard glass of water. The customer service team are exceptional and i recently had an issue with charhing the bottle. They replaced immediately. Great service all round

Great people to deal with after sale
When I first got the bottle I wasn't sure of a few things. I sent an email & got a reply like the next day. Very helpful people. Later, I was noticing less bubbles, & having to charge it more often. I do use 3 X a day. Again, I sent an email & the people there were very helpful. I did send a short video of the problem. They are sending me a replacement. Nick & Amelia were both very helpful

Great Product and Great Service!
My wife and I received our new hydrogen generating bottles and charged them. In about four days my bottle needed charging again and then again in another two or three days - my wife’s still did not need a recharge. I contacted Hydroh and Amelia assisted me in ordering a new replacement at no cost. She shipped it immediately! We are very happy with the product and experienced a measurable increase in our energy level and are confident the hydrogen will continue to reduce inflammation as well and provide additional health benefits! Thank you Hydroh!

Loved my bottle , a patient at work introduced me to it , said it really helped him with his energy levels , so purchased one complete with sleeve and straw , absolutely loved it , felt much more energised and less fatigue, then !!!! I lost it ☹️ very gutted , will get another in the future though .

Great company!
I loved the Hydroh bottle from the moment I got it! I have 3 bottles of water every day, sometimes 4. I actually have more energy, which is great for an older woman! And customer service is wonderful too! I needed help on cleaning it properly and they were so genuine and helpful. This is a great company who cares about their customers.

Extremely Dissatisfied, It has been over a month and I have not received my bottle, Tracking information is vague and tells you nothing other than providing a tracking ID, It says 1-3 days shipping. That's a joke. Not a happy customer.

I purchased the three pack Hydro bottle for myself and my two kids, one of the bottles was not charging due to the USB cable may have had a dysfunction I emailed the company, in which they responded very quickly to my needs.
