This was a response from Hydrioh after bottles arrived in a damaged, also they are dispatched from China so takes a very long time to arrive:

If I could give it negative stars I would. First the product is junk. It's snake oil and doesn't work. Secondly they don't honor their refund and warranty policy. They put it in writing, and also showed me with screenshots of them attempting to refund a canceled credit card - without ever asking if the card was still valid - the card was lost. Today they said they would no longer honor what they put in writing, legally binding. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE either. I have it all in writing. They stole $190, got all of their bottles sent back on my own money, and now are saying no. Any suggestions?

I love my HYDROH! So much that I had bought two; one for my sister for Christmas. She loves hers as well; I have told several people about it. When she told me she accidentally broke her glass bottle, I jumped right in to see how to order a replacement.

Purchased off Amazon. It wasn't a Hydroh bottle. By the end of a Cycle. There were that many tiny Hydrogen bubbles you couldn't see to the other side of the Glass. Few weeks went by. And I was reading how these bottles purchased off Amazon. We're not the best build quality and so on. So I purchased a Hydroh bottle. Charged it fully. First Cycle. Hydrogen bubbles, yes. But not even a quarter of the Amount I was getting from Amazon bought. I did quite a few Cycles over two days. And all the same. At the end of each Cycle. You could see straight through the glass. So I sent a Video to Hydroh side by side. Hydroh and Amazon bought. Difference was like Night and Day. So Hydroh sent out two Hydroh bottles for me. Charged both up fully and put them on a Cycle. They were exactly the same as the first Hydroh bottle I bought. Surely at the end of every Cycle there should be so many Hydro bubbles you can't see through it. For it to be working to it Maximum. The Hydrogen Tablets I've seen being used. Are how you would imagine a glass to be. Full of thousands of Micro bubbles after it's dissolved. So I'm still non the Wiser.

After much research, I chose to purchase the Hydroh bottle. It arrived quickly, the glass bottle was unbroken, and the unit worked perfectly. I would usually drink 3-4 bottles a day, and in less than the month I have owned it, I noticed that my joint pain has been improving. Sadly, my husband accidentally knocked it off the table and shattered the glass bottle. Hydroh’s customer service was fantastic helping me to get a replacement quickly. I am very impressed with this product and with their customer service. My husband is impressed too, and now wants his own Hydroh bottle!

I have enjoyed using my hydro bottle. I’ve noticed my knee inflammation is better. Your customer service is very helpful and resolved a concern I had. Thank you!

My experiences with this company have been exceptional. First I purchased two hydro bottles. They arrived quickly and were very well packaged. My husband and I started using them and, within two weeks, both of us noticed improvement with gut issues. He also experienced a noticeable reduction in arthritis pain. I dropped and broke the glass on my bottle, contacted customer service hoping to purchase just the glass. Amelia from customer service responded the next day to say they do not offer replacement parts and instead offered to replace the entire hydro bottle. I could not be more pleased with the product and the company.

I'm beyond thrilled with the experience I've had in dealing with this company! I love my Hydrobottle, I'm drinking a lot more water and I feel fabulous!!! The customer service is absolutely exceptional...beyond expectations! I'm SO pleased I made this purchase, and will definitely buy more in the future as gifts, and absolutely recommend others do the same. You won't be sorry!

The customer service team were exceptionally helpful.
After a courier left my purchase outside my door it was stolen and Hydoh were extremely helpful and replaced my item free of charge.
I have received many helpful emails and correspondence from them too.

I am pleased with my products! One bottle cap was defective and it took a few days for them to respond but once they did they were very responsive and ask for video of defective cap and then replaced product without any additional costs. I’m surprised and thankful

The Customer Service is stellar! When the first bottle arrived, it leaked. I followed the directions on the website for reporting a problem. Even though this was on a Sunday, I had a response within 24 hours. Within 48 hours, my case had been reviewed and approved; and a new bottle was on the way. I especially appreciate that I worked with the same customer representative from beginning to end, and that the communications were personalized rather than a form! Thank you, Amelia!

As for the product, the bottle is sleek and easy to use. Even though I've been using it for only a week, I am already seeing a difference in my energy levels as well as the swelling in my feet. I have a check up with my doctor in a month and can't wait to see the effect on the numbers in my bloodwork!

The customer service is excellent, as the blue light didn't work on one of my first (they replaced after sending a video).
I drink a lot of water, but wasn't clean until I got the Hydroh bottle. It is so clean and refreshing. My body with all the pains I was having in my shoulders and back is so much better, I no longer deal with the pain everyday. It has helped so much with the inflammation. Every drop of water I drink goes through the hydrogenated system that Hydroh bottle provides. With its sleek design it goes with me and everyone is captivated with its ability to clean the water and give you the extra H2 your body needs.

I ordered the bundle and have been very pleased with the products. I’m on my feet all day and since I started using Hydroh bottles every days for almost a year I definitely feel more energized and it has helped with inflammation on my injured wrists. Instructions are very poor, the bottle comes with two rubber covers, one covering the on off, the other covering the charging port but both from the same material. There is fine writing in the corner of the instructions that isn’t very clear. Once you remove the power cover it’s impossible to reinstall and makes turning the unit on very difficult.
My unit was not tightly screwed in the first time I used it so it leaked so make sure it’s VERY tight. On top and bottom.

I love my Hydrobottle. It has nice clean looking lines. It works great and provides a refreshing, healthy drink. The customer service is very prompt on replying to concerns. They are refreshingly easy to feal with and provide great customer service. I bought three hydro bottles. One each for myself and my daughter and my mother.
Will definitely buy this product again in the future.

Great product. I bought 10 hydrogen bottles for my business partners. And they love the ease and convenience of the product. Customer service is great. Had an accident and knocked one off and fell and broke the glass cylinder. And they sent me a new. Great company to do business with

I’ve always thought about how hydrated my cells were after drinking water from a company called Penta- hydrate. However, I knew that after certain time the benefit would evaporate if not consumed within a reasonable time. So when I came upon this wonderful solution to of having my water with hydrogen immediately, I jumped at it. Now, I don’t drink any water without it going through the hydrogened process. The water is light, smooth and delicious. I am drink far more water than I’d drink otherwise. I used to have a lot of pain in my lower back and ankle and now my pain is so minimal I hardly feel anymore pain.
This Hydroh machine does what it says it can do, in my opinion.

I bought my first hydrogen bottle last year thru Temu with the trademark Hydroh and helped me a lot in my kidneys GFR and lower my creatinine numbers.
Luckily the bottle was broken by accident and have to again order another one from Temu but it came not a Hydroh brand and it doesn’t work like the Hydroh.
I did order direct from Hydroh from their advertising department with promo of 2 hydrogen bottles and it came with a quick service delivery. Luckily again one of the bottle broke by accident but the other one is there where my wife is using it so we have to share making our hydrogen water in one bottle.
Thanks for the replacement bottle that you so I can use again the existing generator and my own when we go back to Calgary. While we are in the Philippines right now we are using my wife’s hydrogen water bottle.

While I have not been using the bottle very long, I can make a few observations so far. The product appears to be very well made. The fit and finish are superb. My experience with customer service was very positive. They were very prompt, courteous, respectful and thorough. My only criticism would be this, that the "user manual". It is pretty small with correspondingly small printing. It is also fairly sparse on detail. It seems that about half of the content is ad-like in nature. Perhaps a more detailed user manual could be added to the website. If it does exist, perhaps make it easier to find with a radio button on the home page. All that being said, I would still recommend the Hydroh Bottle without reservation.
