Had an issue with my spray bottle which was quickly resolved. Dealt with Adam and I was amazed at the speed of his responses to emails and how fast things were fixed I have not experienced that from any other company. Great service 🙏👍

Product packed well is about all I can say that’s good. The bottles are useless at keeping pressure, guaranteed to give your arms a work out at least😂. Product left a film on my car once dried so had to clean again even with careful measures to get mix right. Won’t be washing another £85 down the drain for sure!!!

Bought quite a few products recently the service and the materials are first class. Adam has been outstanding throughout.

The product is fantastic and great to use, making car cleaning enjoyable with great results inside and out.

Was bought Hydro v2 Caravan starter kit for father's day, nice piece of kit, obviously haven't actually used it yet, but I had a couple of questions and reached out to them via the email address on their site, it was Saturday evening I sent the email so wasn't expecting a response until Monday, within minutes Adam had reached out to see how they could help, I didn't have the info to hand that was needed to look up my order but forwarded it to them the next day, that being a Sunday, again I was thinking it'll be Monday before i hear from them, but they got back to me asap again, needless to say they answered my queries, once I've had a chance to use the kit I'll be back to update the review but as far as the customer service goes def 5 STARS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sunday...yes, Sunday, I was up early before the sun came around to wash my car, but I had an issue with my bottle not holding pressure. I emailed the customer service and had a response within 2 hours on a Sunday, after a few back and forth emails my issues were sorted with out any more issues.

Would never have expected a problem to be sorted out so quickly on a Sunday. The gentleman dealing with my issue was called Adam, very efficient and straightforward.

Simply, the products DO NOT lift the dirt. We followed every single instruction and did so twice as we kept thinking we were doing something wrong. It just didn't make sense to us that the car was no cleaner after following pre-wash, snow, shampoo. We then had to provide multiple photos and videos as proof to get a partial refund. It was as good as washing your car with just water and no shampoo. Had to chase for refund too. Best part was at least the company responded quickly to each email but just kept asking for more evidence.

Had to deal with Harry a couple of times regarding my order and he has been brilliant resolving the issues very good customer service can’t wait to try the products.

Having bought the bottles a year ago and only using them both about a dozen times, both of the handles have come apart, one after about 6months and the other recently.
I didn’t expect for them to fail as quick as they did.
Only offered money off new ones which is poor as I only need the top bits to work.
Probably cheap Chinese products.

Great customer service and friendly service had a problem with an order and they resolved it the same day. Also great products car looks fantastic. Would recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Where do I start... this product works.
I've got a little white Yaris for work, doing 3-4k miles a month, so it gets filthy fast. It was minging. Put the pre on and snow foam on left both a few minutes between coats,— then hit it with the pressure washer. The wheels came up gleaming, and on the bodywork you could actually watch the dirt lift and the white return as the pressure washer went over it. It definitely shifts the grime.
If you've got lower mileage and wash regularly, you'd be even happier with the results than I was. This was all using the recommended ratio.
Smells nice too, which is a nice bonus. You get around 4 washes out of a litre bottle using the spray bottles — they dispense evenly, just need a few pumps like any pump bottle.
Also contacted customer service about something separate, and they sorted it quickly, no issues. Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent customer service. I made an error with my order which I noticed 5 minutes after I ordered. I contacted them them explaining the error and Harry came back to me within 5 minutes. He’d done what I’d asked. No fuss. So not only great products but great service too 👍😀

The product (pre-wash and snow) doesn’t work at all. I have followed instruction and ratios but nothing. Dirt not lifted at all, I ended up washing the car by hand (as you would normally do) £55 quid out the window. Bottles are cheap rubbish. Just stick to your 5l £6 car shampoo, works better.
