Ordered my car wash pack along with an additional free promotional "Mystery Pack", so looking forward to receiving this kit and giving my car some well deserved TLC and a dawned good clean to boot.
Was a wee bit concerned that the invoice on payment made no mention of the "Mystery Pack" so emailed HydroUk to confirm that this would be added to the delivery, and I'm glad to say that the wonderful Adam from HydroUk got back promptly and confirmed that my free "Mystery Pack" has been added to my order.... phew!!! Just to say thank you Adam for your quick response, muchly appreciated. Now to await delivery and review once I have tried the products out. X

Ordered this week and everything arrived today, it all looks great! Had a small error on the order but Adam was amazing and dealt with it instantly! Great customer service and will recommend Hydro ! ! Hope the product is now as good as the customer service ! !

These products really do work and cleaning the car has never been easier.
The spray attachment for one of the bottles was missing, contacted them and within a couple of emails Harry had sorted it out and sent me the missing part.

Brilliant stuff I have a white car and tried all over stuff but still don’t bring it back to show room well this stuff my car is gleaming it’s like I just picked it up best stuff I used

Have used Hydro products for the past 1-2 months with the only issue being a broken seal on one of the bottles. One quick email and it has now been replaced. Very good product and after sales care. Would recommend.

Considering how much this company spams your emails on a daily basis you think they’d be able to do the basics very well. Firstly took 4 days for ‘rapid’ delivery to arrive, for the order to be wrong. Contacted them straight away via email to no response but 3 more spams sales emails. As for the products very basic cheap Chinese quality spray bottles one leaking pressure after the first use. A minor issue you do have to trim the spray connection pipe to suit the bottle intended to use. Used the product the intended way on one side of the van very average results. Used how I would normally wash a van and the results actually a lot better. Decent contact is always required for best results and power wash over hose pipe does help. Products seem expensive for what they are but will probably not bother to return due to poor service. If they can send me 9 emails in 5 days regarding sales I’m sure they can be more proactive in responding to incorrect orders.

Steadily working my way thru the products these guys sell ... Today it was Hydro Rinse..... So easy to apply and already I can see it working as it rained straight after cleaning the car...
What I love about these guys is its quick delivery... ready to use for the weekend ...

Ordered bundle with free v2 bottle. £54.99, then randomly get auto discount code applied for some £5 deduction, on their ad it saying this bundle has free shipping...Turns out i just paid for postage and all together came more expensive than original bundle price lol... Whoever buying with Shopify they know after you place order, you can random extra deals: one of them deals was 2bottles of same liquid with v2 spray bottle for £29.99... so Turns out £54.99 which claims you getting free bottle is not free at all, i clasify that as a scam.
So sent email to them instantly with request cancel that order, got reply with offer for free gift to be added, told them me not interested for microfibre cloth and still want to cancel order. In next 5mins magically received DPD tracking number and now they refusing cancel order even if order still in their facility. I think that's very poor customer service and highly recommend avoid them, read recent negative reviews about HYDROUK, which i missed before placing order...
P.s. they suggesting refuse delivery tomorrow ( while everyone knows drivers not taking parcels back to their vans) or create RM label on my own without info where to sent that return.

I still don't understand what games they are playing...it's like maybe customer would change his mind and keeps order, but after this appalling customer service it's principally not acceptable to play their game.

Follow up to my previous review with an update and insight as to how HydroUK treats their customers.
My last review showed how giving direct internal negative feedback to HydroUK resulted in a)ignoring it and b) an offer off money off the next order.
Fast forward to the review I made on TrustPilot shows that ‘Customer Service’ replied quickly (less than 24 hours) giving me an email address to send the details to. That email address (as you can check) was a partial one so I sent a reply off 27th May to the two possible addresses, I then got a bounce back on one of them 28th May so I sent again 31st May to the address they gave on here.
Response? Nothing. Not one reply. No acknowledgment absolutely zero. And yet go their SM sites (they do heavy SM campaigns) and positive reviews get a very quick response. Over 3 weeks since my first email to them I have received zero replies. So what’s going on?
Here’s my take: On truly independent sites such as this businesses have no control over how they can edit or delete them. So (certainly in my case) HydroUK received a notification of my review and quickly put up a reply giving the impression that they were engaging with me. They were not-they want to create the illusion of engagement but the reality is the opposite: silence.
Now-what does that say for the integrity and attitude of this business? It tells me that they will create fake engagement to fool the unwary. How many of their other reviews are fake? Here’s a tip- on Facebook comments to their adverts go to comments and select ‘all’. That way you get to see all the comments and you will find multiple negative reviews and not the ones they like and put into ‘relevant’.
Now-if I get another reply from them off the back of this latest review know this: HydroUK are NOT engaging and it is an illusion. They want you to think they are engaging but the truth is the opposite. My final words to HydroUK in my 31 May email was ‘now let’s see how earnest you are’. Now I know and hopefully so does anyone reading this review.
To me this shows very unethical and shabby business practices.

Excellent service had an issue with my mystery box not being delivered but after a couple of emails Adam sorted the problem out. I’ve not had chance to use the products yet but will hopefully getting used at the weekend.

First use today with the Hydro V2 and not impressed at all. Wouldn't hold pressure for more than a few seconds, and then just died....instead of spraying it just spluttered constantly. All the air just forced its way out and atomised the mixture so much that the wind took it before it could reach the car.
The amount of product wastage was really annoying because i use Bilt Hamber and half of it just dripped on the floor or ended up misted on adjacent cars.
I literally had to walk around the car constantly pumping at close range to keep the pressure going. I had to fill it up to the 2L line 3x times to complete the car.

The cheap Temu spray bottle i bought last year was better than this and that had a faulty button, hence buying this.
Honestly not at all worth the hype nor the money.
It's going to be sent back regardless. It's not a good sprayer, far from economical and just constant aggro.

Fantastic product that matches exactly what the guys at Hydro says it does. I have used the products on both family cars and my motorbike with amazing results. I certainly would not hesitate to repeat this order

Very disappointed with the performance of the spray bottle, does not hold pressure and has to be pumped continuously to get it to work, nothing like what is advertised, I sent an email to return and to get a refund but never received a reply, please read other reviews as others have had similar issues.

I had already emailed you to the email address I was told to use as advertised by your company, I have now emailed the address you gave in your reply to be ignored again, lots of similar problems have been mentioned regarding the quality of your product and the fact that it is difficult to get a refunded, are you trying to ignore me so the 30 day refund period expires.

This product was spot on or should I say spots off. When washing a motorhome you look for the easiest way which I have now found with excellent results

Products are ok but delivery is shockingly slow Which is unreliable when you got work to do and have to wait I’d also like to ask Louis ( who does tell portys ) how do you make your spray bottle cover almost all the car with not having to pump the bottle 4 or 5 times ????? Sorry boys but C A Detailing are knocking spots off you delivery arrives super fast and no BS Time to migrate to someone cheaper and quicker !!
