This EV bike is the best I've ever had having been one of the first back in 2007. It is so comfortable and easy to ride. It is a beautiful green colour and has a light, bell and storage rack as standard. I've had it for over a month, and ride about 2 miles 2/3 times a week and have yet needed to recharge. The breakdown to put it into my car is a simple flick of a hinge. I, as a 70 yr old woman can put it in the back of my car with ease. It truly is a joy to ride!

Ordered the Soro as a pre order through a cycle to work scheme. The process was very smooth. the bike its self is well constructed and easily durable enough for advertised usage cases. The electric assist is smooth and well calibrated. It has a good riding position for a 5'10" rider. The seat is comfortable enough to cope with the longer rides that the e-assist can provide. A couple of minor niggles. It is a big chunky heavy bike so although it folds it isn't a 1 handed carry. When folded the bike doesn't stand upright as the wheels are at different heights. The included kick stand rattles when going over the rougher terrain that the bike can easily handle. The battery indicator only displays in 20% increments and is biased to show lower than the true level.

The Hygge Virum Step-through folding e-bike has transformed cycling for me. I’m 77, and since acquiring the bike less than a month ago I have clocked up one third of my previous annual mileage in the hilly Scottish Borders. The motor offsets headwinds and flattens out the hills. I’m learning to use a gentle touch on the controls and have easily transferred my Garmin radar unit from my previous bike. One big point for the step-through model is not having to stretch a sometimes stiff leg over the saddle to mount the bike! And it’s a joy to ride

Hygge Bikes are a very good brand of e-bikes. I’d say, they are the very best in the UK.
They provide excellent aftercare. Trust me, when you buy from them, you are definitely in good hands; they will do their very best for you.

Great bike. Very solid frame and sturdy. Makes commuting to work a breeze. Battery life is pretty good. Although needs daily charges for longer journeys. I like the easy ride feel. Love how adjustable it is.Highly recommend.

I have a hygge vesta 22 model for my business been great but when goes wrong I've spent a lot time to get response , controller broke after 1400 km no help i have difficulty I didn't receive the help I needed now with out bike ,

I cannot recommend Hygge enough! My Vester bike is my primary and most reliable way of getting around, so when my battery recently stopped working, I was incredibly worried about how I’d manage.
I contacted their support team via email, and they responded almost immediately. After I explained the situation, they quickly diagnosed it as a battery fault. Most companies would make you jump through hoops, but Hygge immediately sent out a replacement battery, which arrived at my door within just two days.
It is such a relief to know that I bought my bike from a company that actually stands behind its products and cares about its customers. If you're looking for a "worry-free" electric bike experience, this is the company to go with.

I recently purchased a refurbished Hygge Virum, but upon collection, I noticed some safety concerns with the main folding joint and the locking pin. Naturally, I was worried, but the way the team handled my case was nothing short of professional.

I want to extend a huge thank you to Burhan and Andrea. They were incredibly patient, listened to my concerns regarding the safety of the folding mechanism, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

To my absolute surprise, instead of just sending another refurbished unit, they sent me a brand new bike! It’s perfect, and the folding mechanism works like a dream. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands by its warranty and prioritizes customer safety over everything else.

I purchased my Hygge folding bike online last week. It came very promptly and was well packaged. It rides very smoothly and has lots of power when needed. The brakes and gears operate efficiently and the bike looks sturdy. With practice it folds up and unfolds easily and is lightweight.

I have recently purchased a folding Hygge bike from Yimbly. The bike came within 4 days and arrived well packaged. It was fully assembled accept for the pedals and it has a bell, lights parcel shelf and carrying strap. On riding the bike I was amazed at the power and ease of controls and because of its style I could get on and off easily. I like that you can lock the seat height which doesn't have to be changed when it's folded. Also the bike is nice and light so I can easily lift it in and out of my car.

From initial enquiry response from Burhan to the amazing service from Andrea, I cannot fault their customer service. The bike is great too - simple to get going, delivered when promised and great fun to ride. Would highly recommend both from a product and customer service perspective.

What can I say, when I first saw the HYGGE vester step on the Decathlon website I immediately thought it just looked so cool. The price was very affordable. I needed a new e bike so I purchased one. I had it now for 2 months and I cannot fault it. It ticks all the boxes. Value for money, premium parts, well built, comfortable ride, good looks. Well done HYGGE, highly recommended.

Just received my Virum folding e-bike. Lovely.
From the British Racing Green colour, to the smooth welds and build quality, it is great. Over the years I have bought many cycles, and each one I have a good look at the build quality and check that all bolts are tightened correctly, etc. (I am a cycle mechanic), and the Virum was spot on. Everything was put together correctly with only the pedals to fit and handlebars to spin.
Only had one short ride so far and the e-assist is great, really smooth and a real 'kick' when on full power.

The bike arrived quickly and practically fully assembled. I am really pleased with the build and quality of the components.

I have just been out on my first 15 mile bike ride and even better than expectations. No rattles, v comfortable and powered up hills (I didn’t use more than level 3 assist) and at end of ride only 25% of battery used. Intend mainly to use bike with my campervan - perf ct!
