worst Shopping Experience – Scam Alert!
I had a terrible experience with Hygihome. I ordered a Flexi Snap Trio Tripod, but instead, I received a single Tide Batti—something completely unrelated! This is outright fraud.
To make matters worse:
I have an unboxing video as proof, yet there's no clear refund option on their website.
I tried calling their customer support, but their number is only available Monday to Saturday, and I couldn’t get proper assistance.
Their refund and return policies are unclear and misleading.
It seems like Hygihome is running a scam by sending random, cheap products instead of what customers actually order. I strongly advise against buying from this website unless you want to risk losing your money.
If Hygihome really cares about its customers, they should process my refund immediately and improve their customer service. Until then, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this website to anyone.
