No customer support at all
There is absolutely no customer support. I’ve been trying to return my order, but the live chat, the support email listed on the website, and the email used for order communications all led nowhere. With no response, I’m forced to send the items back to the return address before the 30-day window closes, hoping I’ll actually receive a refund.
A horrible experience overall. If you need customer support, do not trust Hygo Shirts.
